Was nearly killed taking 500.5 out of the rack...wow!!!
500.5 x 3...HUGE PR!!!!

Deads (took a wide grip, pinky on power rings, double overhand)

GHR's/Manual Hamstring Curls
heavy bands for help x 5 x 2 sets

Reverse Hypers
BW x 6
light bands x 6

I also did some abs (hard), light calves, and grip work. It was a pretty fun night in the gym and I am exhausted...lol. That fist attempt at 500.5 nearly killed me...lol. The bar bent so much with that much weight and those bands that it just wouldn't come out of the rack...lol

Give me a few so that I can post some of Cheese's vids too...

Awesome videos. What exactly went wrong with the first 500.5 video?

Cheese's squat form seems to be greatly improving. Looks like he's just dropping on the box the last couple of inches. I have the same problem.

Very impressive!!!

The scary thing is that you made it look relatively easy.

Cheese is doing great. . . poor guy keep crashing the weights into the rack lol. At least he kept his balance.
 
Technique is solid. . .I constantly analyze your technique so I can work on mine. I am glad I can save the videos to my computadora.

As I went to unrack the bar, that much weight and band tension had bent the bar so much that it would not come up out of the racks, even once I had stood up fully with it. I was trying to lean back and forth to get it to come off...then Cheese tried to push the hook off of it...which threw me fwd. I guess all that core work, gm's, rev hypers, and super yoke work...helped to prevent a MAJOR injury:)

Legs are TIRED today.
