DCC's 5x5 Log....250 anyone?

Well I never ended up running a cycle this summer so I get to do it this winter!

(I copied this layout from Sgt. Slaughter's Log FYI)

Current Lifts:
Squat: 385x5
Bench: 305x5
Row: 225x5
Dead: 405x5

Body Weight: 228.0 lbs
BF%: 12% Height: 5'10"

Goals & Misc. Info:
Bodyweight of 250lbs without going over 15% bf. I've never been more than 13-14% even when I hit 242 last winter.
I hope to bench 355x5 and max near 4. Squat 425 or so for 5. Deadlifts I would really enjoy another plate LOL...455 for 3 a few times so I think 495x1 is doable late cycle.

Supplements/Cycle:
Multi Vit, Whey Protein
Sustanon 500mg x 12weeks
Deca 500mg x 12 weeks
PCT (Clo/Nolva/HCG)
No orals for me.

I may transition right into a light Test/EQ run after this but we'll cross that bridge later.


Diet:
I'm not going to detail it this time. I've been bulking in the winter for years, I know how. No reason to go nuts and write it all down LOL.

Basics for people wondering:
6am-homemade gainer shake
8am-eggs/wheat toast/OJ
1030am-leftovers from dinner
1230pm-tuna/Egg salad mix thing I do LOL
4pm-Oatmeal/Protein shake
Lift
During/PWO-Gatorade/Protein thing
Dinner
Latenight-Cereal (Yes, I'm an ecto and I can eat cereal at night without getting fat LOL)

When the gains stop I slightly alter all my meals. Like add a pc of toast or an egg, you get the idea...If I stall out at 245 or so I will start the Seafood diet hahaha

I'm online everyday at work now so I have no reason not to update this.

You're got some great development already and have some good numbers... your Row has huge room for improvement!

You looked jacked to me and your numbers a great. Our lifts are about the same except for bench...I can barely bench 225x5........but we could have some fun squatting together for sure......

and seeing what it looks like at 12% makes me want to get real on my diet!
 
Ok, so I didn't start this yet...I got some really tough flu-type thing going on...I worked out yesterday in my home gym just to keep my pump on, if you will. I may start tomorrow even though it's a friday.

I'm going to pick right up in the end of week one of my 5x5. It's supposed to be a light week and it's all numbers I've done easily very recently.

I start my "bulking diet" tmrw too! Woohoo

Limiting "going out" to once a week (if that) while bulking (before cycle) and once a month once I start.

Weighed in at 225 today, ugh. I hate getting sick and being an ecto. I'll be 230 again by monday LOL
