Well I never ended up running a cycle this summer so I get to do it this winter!

Current Lifts:
Squat: 385x5
Bench: 305x5
Row: 225x5
Dead: 405x5
Body Weight: 228.0 lbs
BF%: 12% Height: 5'10"
Goals & Misc. Info:
Bodyweight of 250lbs without going over 15% bf. I've never been more than 13-14% even when I hit 242 last winter.
I hope to bench 355x5 and max near 4. Squat 425 or so for 5. Deadlifts I would really enjoy another plate LOL...455 for 3 a few times so I think 495x1 is doable late cycle.
Supplements/Cycle:
Multi Vit, Whey Protein
Sustanon 500mg x 12weeks
Deca 500mg x 12 weeks
PCT (Clo/Nolva/HCG)
No orals for me.
I may transition right into a light Test/EQ run after this but we'll cross that bridge later.
Diet:
I'm not going to detail it this time. I've been bulking in the winter for years, I know how. No reason to go nuts and write it all down LOL.
Basics for people wondering:
6am-homemade gainer shake
8am-eggs/wheat toast/OJ
1030am-leftovers from dinner
1230pm-tuna/Egg salad mix thing I do LOL
4pm-Oatmeal/Protein shake
Lift
During/PWO-Gatorade/Protein thing
Dinner
Latenight-Cereal (Yes, I'm an ecto and I can eat cereal at night without getting fat LOL)
When the gains stop I slightly alter all my meals. Like add a pc of toast or an egg, you get the idea...If I stall out at 245 or so I will start the Seafood diet hahaha
I'm online everyday at work now so I have no reason not to update this.
