DC Warm up?

You do DC? And you do other stretches besides the normal DC stretches BEFORE your workout plus the other DC stretches during?
 
I've heard peopel say they stretch before, during, and after workouts. I don't think it can hurt you ... only benefit you. I don't do much stretching, other than the DC extreme ones. I really should though ...

I also warmup my rotator cuffs with a couple light sets of rotations or DB cleans before any pressing movements.

So some light stretches before, maybe some light jump roping or something to get heart rate up? Then just warm up sets.
