no problem man, ask away. yes i did eat MORE than 2 grams per day, sometimes in the upper 600 range if i had the time and the money lol. It probably averaged out to aroun 450 grams per day. I didnt cut out carbs at anytime though, just tried to eat a little cleaner. If i noticed i wasnt gaining weight after a week or so, i would up the calories even further. I never kept track of calories, and my only meals that were the same everyday were breakfast (oats and whey) and post workout (100 gram shake with dextrose)Tom Treutlein said:Sorry for all the questions man - did you eat like DC said?
