DC Routine

What do you guys think of a DC routine with 2 sets to faillure per exercise instead of 1 ?
I recall Debaser doing something like this so perhaps he could certainly give his opinion too :)
 
Follow the training exactly. Adding in anymore exercises like that will cause you to overtrain. Stick to it as it's designed. It does work. The short time I used it I made some nice strength gains. My size didn't go anywhere, but that's because I don't even think I ate maintenance calories.
 
you know i've been doing the DC routine.

i found with back its tough to hit the muscle hard enough with only 1 set rest pause and static hold

the key to everything else is an 5-8 second negative i use it on every rep. reps 1-8 ( 8 seconds) 9-12 ( 6 seconds) and 12-14 (5 seconds) 15 ( 10-20 seconds negative)
