hey guys whats up.....i was just wanting some help

im about to start a low dose of oral dbol........

is this alone enough for any gaines or enough for any side effects?
 
well i have reasearched it alot the past few days and get mixed reviews.........im gonna be taking a low dose orally for 2 weeks im not trying to gain huge amounts im jsut trying to bulk up bc i will be playing football on teh college level next year.....im also using about 6 grams of creatine and in addition to my food about 80 grams of whey protein and about 20 grams of soy protien.....i just wanna throw the dbol in there as a little extra boost.....i just need some help bc im not sure if small doses will help me or if they will have alot of side effects or if this is enough to need estrogin blockers or anything like that......i dont know if age and size has anything to do with it but im 18 about 5"10 160 pounds
 
Please tell me this thread is a joke. All I want is one week without any blatantly assinine posts like this. Is it too much to ask to go one week without posts like "Is this an abcess?" or "I'm running dbol only" or "I don't wanna get too big too quick"

Junior, you need to forget about AS at age 18. Taking dbol only sucks and you will likely end up weaker than when you started after coming off. If you'd have been studying, you'd know this already. I suggest you go play x box or pick on some emo kids instead.
 
well i do pick on emo kids enough as it is and i didnt ask u to be a goddamn smartass i looked through everything on the internet and i couldnt find any aswers so i asked a simple question u dont have to be a fucking smartass. if u think its a stupid post then jsut keep your damn mouth shut

i have a pretty long workout routine ill give u a breif description

my workout is monday
4x4 bench
4x4 decline bench
4x4 incline bench
4x4 alternating dumbell press
atleast 1 hour of cardio running,basketball,football,biking

tuesday
3x7 curl
3x7 hammer curl
3x7 concentration curl
3x7 kickbacks
3x7 skull crushers
3x7 on the cables
1hour of cardio

wednesday
different back and shoulder workouts
1hour cardio

thursday
4x4 bench
4x4 decline bench
4x4 incline bench
4x4 alternating dumbell press
atleast 1 hour of cardio running,basketball,football,biking

friday
3x7 curl
3x7 hammer curl
3x7 concentration curl
3x7 kickbacks
3x7 skull crushers
3x7 on the cables

legs and abs

You are doing way too much cardio to be bulking.Drop the cardio down to 20-30min every other day. You will need to change your workout routine to a 5X5 help put on weight and gain some strength.Go to the training forum and check out the 5X5 training. Post up your diet with what you eat on a daily basis.
 
yea im a middle aged loser who has accomplished nothing in my life and i think im funny when i make smartass remarks to 18 year old kids my sex life consits of constant masturbation to internet porn and an ocasional bag of lotion between the mattress just to keep things fresh......i dont have kids bc i cant get pussy so i just waste my time talking shit to them instead.......its a pretty great life i have here in my mobile home with no family. i guess i should tell u that my daddy touched me when i was younger so it really fucked me up in the head and u should ignore everything i say i mean hell i am just a big cracker.....i jsut ahd my mid life crisis its great i started shopping at abercrombie and i have a tuned up honda civic it really looks good parked infront of my mobile home damn life is good
 
i try to eat atleast 5 meals a day......... this is what i ate yesterday

meal 1
bacon egg cheese biscut OJ hashbrowns eggs

meal 2
turkey and chesse sandwich chips cookies 2 sodas

meal 3
2 bacon cheese burgers baked potato 5 chiken nuggets

meal4
roastbeef and cheese chips chiken noodle soup soda

meal 5
5 tacos and soda


i had about 8 glasses of water and i had a protein shake right after my workout and right before bed
