If you are prone to heartburn....you may wish to take it with meals. On an empty stomach....it may cause irritation.

Old question....when to take DBOL. Did some experimenting myself and didn't notice any difference in results taking the whole dose one hour before workout or spread 10mg+ 3X throughout the day. I did however notice a difference in the sides. Spreading throughout the day....BP was not as elevated and heartburn not as intense. As for results....for me, it was basically the same.....great in both cases.

termie, what did your post mean ? was that a typo ?

anyway, it should be taken after meals because of the way it works to help get the nutrients/protein whatever into your muscles while it is active.
it can be taken at any time, but i heard it is more effective with food. i dont know about 5 hours, i would take them every 3 hours or so.

Is it better in the morning(say, 8 am, 11 am, 1 pm) or better to start later(3 pm, 6 pm, 9pm)? Any certain kinds of foods to take it with that work "better" or certain foods to not take it with?

morning i believe, it was called the 'breakfast of champions' for a reason.
 
I take my d-bol in the morning around 6:30 am and then again at 2:30 three hours before I go lift. I also take one or two at night depending on the workout. It also takes about three hours to "kick in". And usually last about four, to five. I can really feel the difference. Horny and happy, is how I usually feel. Still waiting for the sust to kick in. Third shot on Sunday.
 
i waited at least 5 hours before nite nite otherwise it was hard to sleep. but that's me and we're all different.
 
I personaly do them at 30mg/d. I have 2 in the morning, to kickstart the day after the levels have dropped overnight. I then take another 4 separate tabs, evenly spaced throughout the day (every 4 hours). I think it is important to have one just before bed, in order to keep some in you system overnight (for me it doesn't cause any sleeping problems). As for taking it with food, I just pop them when its time, regardless of whether I'm eating or not - I've had incredible results off dbol, so in my experience timing is the key, not taking it with a meal. However, it seems for some gastrointestinal upsets might play a part in their dbol dosing strategy.
People often suggest that you should take it with some fruit juice.

yes C17 thats right and b4 workout it is a great stimulent for the nervous sistem , u'll train better and have better gains taking it 2 hours prior gym
