Old question....when to take DBOL. Did some experimenting myself and didn't notice any difference in results taking the whole dose one hour before workout or spread 10mg+ 3X throughout the day. I did however notice a difference in the sides. Spreading throughout the day....BP was not as elevated and heartburn not as intense. anyway, it should be taken after meals because of the way it works to help get the nutrients/protein whatever into your muscles while it is active.
it can be taken at any time, but i heard it is more effective with food. i dont know about 5 hours, i would take them every 3 hours or so.
