Im pretty new to all this and want advice, I have been an endurance runner few years and have now turned to triathlon. I want to try to build strength and endurance and would like anyone with experience to recommend doses and what PCT I should run. I have 10mg tabs of Winny and Dbol to use and would like to know if anyone has used these for the same purpose.
