DBOL VS Winstrol in liver tox

Italianboy

New member
Hey bros why everyone says "USdbol for no more than 4-5weeks at 30mg"and at the same time says"You can use winstrol at 50mg/ed for 6weeks"???
I'm just courious if you have any proof that matandro is more toxic on the liver than stanozolol.
For what I know the only steroids prooved to be more toxic on liver are Halo(the worst)and Anadrol.
For the other compared mg by mg is the same(exept oxa that is prooved to help liver disease).
I'm not flamming anyone but I'd like to know where is the difference and if is it prooved.

I just recently read that liver toxicty of orals is very overrated...said that A50 was about the equivalent of two glasses of wine/day...So as long as we take our milk thistle as a precaution we should be fine.

Trying to remember but I believe the studies that show that A-50 causes liver tumors were at the medical theraputic dose of around 300mg daily (maybe a bit more).

Although that dose is considerable, I doubt whether a few glasses of wine is going to cause such problems.

Both are aa-17 so Tecnicly the dbol`s will not hit the liver harder than the winny BUT the water retention from the dbols will stress your liver harder...

Thx norway, but do you think it can possible?I mean more water ret more stress on liver? How is it possible?
And the fact that both are 17aa doesn't mean all because every 17aa has different elements.

If anything, I think that the kidney's may be stressed by the water retention not the liver.

if i am not mistaken, at that dose it would be comparable to 6 glasses of wine.

there are some good studies out there. I can't remember the exact firgures but i think that the 300mg that you are talking about is administered for 3 months at a time. (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

I think some of the answer may lie in the fact that after 3 to 4 weeks of d bol you need to keep increasing the dose to keep getting results. Also other than joint aches most people tend to feel better on winny than d bol.

Well as I supposed nobody can answer because they are the same and have the same liver-toxicity.So Run 30days of 30mg/ed of dbol is equal to run 4 winstrol depot each week.

The dbol`s waterretention will give you higher bloodpressure and also higher bloodwolume , this vil stress your liver because the blood pass thru the liver and the kidneys.

We report herein the case of a 35-year-old woman with aplastic anemia who developed hepatocellular carcinoma after long-term therapy with oxymetholone. She was treated with 60 mg/day of oxymetholone for 3 years (total dose 64.8 g). Alpha-fetoprotein, hepatitis B surface antigen, and hepatitis C antibody were all negative, but serum titers of carcinoembryonic antigen and carbohydrate antigen were elevated. Lateral segmentectomy of the liver was performed. The histopathological findings were compatible with those of multiple hepatocellular carcinoma without liver cirrhosis. Three years since the operation, the patient is doing well and no signs of tumor recurrence have been detected. According to our review of Japanese cases of hepatocellular carcinoma associated with anabolic steroid therapy, in all instances the tumors developed after long-term administration of anabolic steroids for hematologic diseases. In patients under long-term anabolic steroid therapy, routine screening of the liver by ultrasonography and computed tomography should be performed to detect liver tumors in the early stages.

Medline Abstract.

I think it means in laymans terms take it easy with the highly liver toxic gear unless you like tumors.

17aa oral steroid oxymethalone (Anadrol) Can cause hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer).

Pay close attention to the duration of use though, 3 years.

In the rare cases of cancer associated with androgen use, most if not all seem to be situations in which a patient usess the drug for a long period of time (several years) to treat a variety of conditions such as aplasic anemia or other blood disorders. There is no real evidence of the effects of a typical 6 weeks of use by bodybuilders because studies are few and far between when it comes to steroid for cosmetic use.

However, i have read several studies that state the hepatic toxcicity of steroids is overexagerated and missunderstood.
