dbol + sust / what do you think

my first was sust for 8 weeks at 250 mg with dbol 4 weeks at 20 and i blew up. 20+ pounds

being a beginner would you suggest sticking to one or the other? this would be the first cycle, I weigh 148 at 6'1 great workout program and diet is stable, of the sust and dbol what would YOUR 6-8 week cycle be? thanks
 
148 at 6'1..... even with a great workout plan u havnt begun to reach potential...u still have room for a TON of quality gains..no time for AS
 
Well at 6'1" and 148lbs, I'd say you could gain tons of weight without any gear bro. I used to weigh 112lbs at 5'5", now I can maintain 170-175lbs without any gear. And i'm 8 inches shorter. Just count your cals and protein, 4000+ cals and 250-300 grams of protein per day, I bet you're 170+ in a few months. If you decide to gear up anyway, then yes test by itself is probably the best way to start off, one compound at a time. Test 500/week for 10 weeks, PCT to follow. I did sust/dbol my first time 250/week and 25mg/day and had excellent results. I urge you to consider a stronger anabolic than testosterone though, and that would be FOOD.

Silence, taking in account your stats, you should concentrate on your diet & training. 6'1" 148 is on the light side. You should be able to get to 175-180lbs on your own before consideing using gear. How old are you? How many years have you been training? What's your current diet like? Give us as much info as you can about yourself so we can help you better.

How many years have you been working out?
how many girls do you get with in a week?
 
For that weight, too young. Just eat bro, obviously you don't get nearly enough calories. Keep lifting, and eat. You'll grow, simple as that.

Train for 3 more years
and be happy because your hand would be getting a lot more workout if your on gear
