dbol question

It is best to split it up
 
what if I have 50 mg tabs? Should I split up powder and how would I know how much i'm taking when I do it?
 
People always say split it up... but seriously who takes steroids to work with them???? Frankly I think most of these instructions that tell you to take pills 4-5 times a day are written by people who have never held a job (outside of working at da gym).

I just take the stuff twice a day, once in the morning and again at night. It might not be ideal but it is what it is. I'm sure as hell not taking a box of pills to the work site. I guess if you are unemployed then it doesn't matter.

Uh ever heard of a ziploc bag? lol put 1 pill in there throw it in your lunchbag and call it a creatine pill if anyone asks :)
 
Arent there folks who use dbol as a pre workout boost, so take all their dose pre workout? At least Ive read that in many threads on AAS forums, including here I thought...

Im not a dbol guy but just trying to get it straight in case I ever do take the plunge
 
I've done some napkin math and based off dbol's half-life I can see one solid daily dose before your workout working just fine.

If you take 20mg ed and take it 4x over the course of the day every 4 hours you have at most an active 7.5mg each time you take the next dose because of the last one and it fades down to 2.5mg by the next dose.

If you take 20mg an hour or 2 before your workout you would start out with a much higher concentration and 4 hours later have 10mg and then another 4 hours later 5mg and then another 4 hours later 2.5mg. So you started with 20mg and over the course of 12-16 hours the active level of dbol would never drop lower than 2.5mg until the end.

I could be wrong because my math sucks, but if I'm correct then you are getting a much higher concentration with a large single dose for a good 6 hours and thereafter still receiving solid benefits for another 6-8 hours.

I have heard alot of guys try it both ways and don't notice a difference. The larger dose with lasting effects due to half-life would explain this.

Interesting, I have actually read about the same thing myself, been wondering about that!
