Dbol question

As long as you have the nolva on hand you will be fine, I have always had nolva on hand just in case & have never had to take it. I only take it if I am trying to shed some bloat, which is not very often. I go along with the others on splitting the dose.

Do you rotate sites (ie...forearms, Tops of feet, shins, etc...)?

Also, Macro has stated that exfoliation will also help absorption as well.

Here is what i do... split your doses up into two parts! Take 1 part (1/2 daily dosage 1.5hrs before training) split the other 1/2 up and take in 3 identical portinions this way you are getting a good spike before lifting and also elelvating blood levels all day I take 50 mg a day 20 mg before training and 5-6 5mg doses beside that ( i wke up and take once in the middle of the night) gained 21# in first week and 3/4 inch on my arm!!! so i gotta say its working ok this way
 
This is why I always say that orals in smaller mg servings....for example naps in 5mgs or winny in 10mg...smaller the avaible dosage the more consistant the blood levels. You could always cut larger doses pills in half but that usually gets fucked up and its a pain.
