dbol question for ulter, mac, other good bros

okay, well ive run dbol in the past with success, but the lower back pumps the second time i ran it, even though it was the same dose, were too much of a pain. i got my hands on some pink thais... and ive always wanted to run human grade shit, so im gunna give it another go around...

any advice on what i can do to keep the lower back pumps down, other then mad water and milk thistle?

Why do u think milk thistle help reduce the back pumps?
My advice: Lower your salt intake and drink tons of water

Yep i heard that too about the milk thistle; But not any kind that does that; Only the Lundberg Milk thistle (Please note that i have no affiliation with this company but heard this piece of info from Radar too)
 
I agree with the Taurine post above. Take about 5g per day and you'll be rocking. I got 500mg from bulknutrition and it lasts forever and it is cheap. It literally tastes like nothing – I throw it in my pre-workout shake.

Made water is a good idea too - 1.5-2 gallons per day. Take a multi (I like AnimalPak) if you are chugging that much water.

Also, get some potassium. I usually throw in three 99mg tabs per day. Some here I imagine recommend more.

though taurine, pottasium and magnesium all help

stretching hamstrings also (deep glute hamstring tie in stretches)-- takes considerable tension off the lower back

what in AIFM that helps me more then say adex or armo. simply with blower back pumps... not so much effecitveness of lowering gyno

or is there a rleation between gyno and lower back pumps....?
 
I had back pains once and a good bro here told me to increase my water and I did and never had the back pains again. I took Milk thistle for my liver and got the back pains. The increased water intake worked for me.

imtaking 65mg d-bol ed not having any trouble with back pumps no real bloating I have put on almost 30# but honestly haventt had anyone say that I look bloated and i dont see it!! strong though!! taking 1 250mg milk thistle with every dose of d-bol so that makes 6 x a day

uve put on 30 lbs.... in how many weeks of dbol?

If you read my post then you would see i have ll my cycle info listed right below but il tell you anyway 15 days
