Thanks for all the input guys and I do realize that what I'm doing is definitely not ideal and I agree 100% with most of your points about how to make a safe recovery but it is what it is now...for my second cycle I will make sure it's done perfectly!
As for the dosage all I can say is 20mg was plenty for me personally and I agree with your point that anything more is probably just the natural human greed taking over. I took 10 mg about an hour before each workout with a meal and another 10 mg within an hour after my workout with a meal and I am completely ecstatic about the gains I made. I went from 180 pre cycle to about 205 now with suprisingly low levels of water retention; in fact probably not as much water weight as creatine mono has given me in the past. From my own judgement I'm confident that I'll lose around 10 lbs once I'm off and keep a good, lean 15 lbs of gains.
Now that we've got a good discussion going, what would you guys turn to for a second cycle if you were in my shoes? Thanks again!
