DBol Only Cycle , Do I need PCT??

First Cycle Ever
Is 20mg of Dbol enough for my very first cycle and do I need Nolvadex or Clomid for my PCT for only a 4 week cycle ?
 
PCT- absutely;
Dbol- id run 50 a day min, thats me but if u have the option it works best either all 50 first thing in the am on empty stomach or (ideally) 25 in the am on empty stomach n 25 mid day on empty stomach; thats how i get the best out of dianabol or reforvit-b; havent had reforvit in yrs but thats by far one of my all time fav's and i miss it more then anything....these are of coarse what works for me specifically; sure theyre will be diff opinions but im jus keepin it 100 wit ya

50 mg/day is too much; asking for bloat & blood pressure issues.
 
You guys must be sensitive to it or something b/c they make 50mg tabs and 1 a day will do wonders when you're tryna get something accomplished; far as bloat.., yea comes with the territory but my blood pressure was good to go, my LT kept all my vitals and they barely fluctuated at all; anyway, i was jus speakin for myself
 
^^^ with <5 hour half life taking it once a day is not efficient.

you need to split the dosages up.

and 20-30mg ED is plenty per day. if you can't gain on that then you need to work on your diet and training. if run correctly with an AI bloat and bp is not an issue, i've gotten ripped on dbol.. you can do proviron, dbol, forma stanz stack for 4 weeks, combined with a air tight diet and shred up.

and yes a PCT is always recommended... you can run 12.5ed clomid with unleashed/post cycle

and of course you are gonna want to run forged liver support while on

You didnt post your height but at 165lbs I doubt you're ready for steroids. You better get your diet and training in check first.

Horrible first cycle btw.... dbol for 4 weeks?

When you are ready, just do a simple test cycle with PCT 300-400mg/week. Put on at least 15lbs first though.
 
EVERY cycle should have some type of PCT.

Some will need more intense or longer PCT but all should have it
 
Ok I m 5"10, yes I weigh only 165 and eat 4500 calories a day, been workin out for 2 years and I started at 135 , never touched steroids yet , but my metabolism is so gd fast I have plateued , I know dbol only isn't the best but I can't have pins where I'm going lol, I have 500mg of nolvadex for PCT , but real question is , should I take just for PCT or should I take nolvadex during cycle ??
 
Protein shake 26g whey
2 cups of oatmeal or cream of wheat
Workout
Protein shake
Lunch- any leftovers , -usually chicken or beef and pasta or rice
Greens of some sort as well
Supper-anything that the girl makes- always some type of meat with potatoes or rice
Tuna or cereal before bed lol
 
1. What you listed isn't even close to 4500 calories.
2. You don't need to eat as clean as you think you do.
3. You're not eating as much as you think you are
4. As a new rule: everytime you take a shit eat a tuna sandwich (on top of your other meals)

At your current state if you take dbol and gain a few lbs you'll lose it all anyway because your metabolism will eat through your new muscle.

At 5'10 165 you have a ton more weight you can put on before you start juicing. You've been in the game a whole 2 years...

Once you get the weight you want, your metabolism will have slowed down most likely, you'll put on fat easier as well. Chances are life might get in the way of your lifting or you'll get injured, now you're heavier than you need to be (or getting fat by this point) and you're not lifting anymore.
 
I eat big ass portions lol, and the shakes are 500 calories each , but I know what ur saying I gotta stuff my face more , everyone thinks I weigh 180 with how I look though , I m a lean mofo with a very light bone mass , is 500mg of nolvadex good for my PCT ??
 
it doesnt matter what you look like... how much you weigh.. or how fast your metabolism is..

if you want to gain weight and you are eating xyz and you are not gaining weight.. THEN EAT MORE.

Thats it.

Also what UA said is 100% correct. You might/MIGHT gain some weight on a dbol only cycle but if you dont fix your diet NOW it will disappear because you are not eating enough to hold that weight.
 
Ok man I will eat till I feel like throwing up lol!! anything and everything in sight !! Im already at 170 on 3rd day of dbol !! I have such a big appetite on it !! Only thing is pains in the left side of my chest ? Is that normal guys??
 
start slow and build up.
add liquid calories... GOMAD!!!!! Gallon Of Milk A Day!
 
Holy shit haha, gallon of milk a day ?? I'll try my hardest lol, for breakfast I just had 3 cups of oatmeal, protein shake, 2 farmer sausage and a banana :), and kinda hungry still hahaha
 
yes certain AAS will increase appetite and some will kill your appetite.

keep in mind when you come off dbol you will probably lose everything cause you do not have your diet dialed in.. that is the bottom line reason why everyone is telling you to add weight without AAS first.
