Dbol keepable Gains ?

You must remember that very few of us every really reach out true genetic potential. It seems to be a term often thrown about as an excuse to use gear.

To the original poster, I have run four d-bol only cycles and as I do not seem to get any water retention from it (or anadrol for that matter) I find it is not hard to keep most if not all of my gains with proper diet and training + a good PCT!

I agree.

My thing is that people new to this always seem to be concerned with "keeping gains". I understand we all have different goals but imo you should use this stuff when you can no longer grow naturally. Well, if you wanna get somewhere in bbing than I understand in that you will have to use them so no sense in wasting too much time.

Some people who just wanna grow a little, go on a cycle way too early and would have been better off training naturally for a few years. First, they may lack the experience when it comes to diet, training, consistency. etc. But also, it can take some quite a bit of time to get their natural hormone levels back up after a cycle and those gains you could've had naturally are now slowly disappearing.

Personally, I trained naturally for 10 years before hopping on gear. And I'm not saying this because I want a pat on the back or that I think I'm better than people starting off early. But, the thing is I became unmotivated to train naturally any more because it became solely a bf% game so I realise that the extra size I gain now is because of the steroids.

And many people think I'm gonna do one cycle and that's it but we know once you take this path you're likely gonna keep on it so don't kid yourselves.

quick gains both with muscle gain and strength gain are harder to hold onto. that is a general rule. but that doesn't mean you won't keep a % of your gains. what % is dependent on many factors and these types of questions are too vague, you could keep 80% then next time only keep 20%... and if joe kept X amount of gains it doesn't mean his buddy who ran the same exact cycle and worked out with him the same amount and ate the same things will keep X amount. I will tell you flat out that good quality dbol at 30mg or less is good shit.. 4 weeks on and you will have a lot of fun starting within days. if you can't make gains on dbol at that amount then either you have a combination shittiest genetics ever, you aren't working out enough or eating good enough, and your dbol is underdosed or bunk.

i haven't used dbol in too long but i am gonna use it next cycle, the stuff is awesome besides the water. but thats what AI's are for :)

Diana was my first, and I have always had a soft spot for her. But she is easy, i agree with the "quick gains are hard to hold on to" that 'steve' said. Diana is great for getting over sticky spots though, physically and psychologically. I lose some of it, but i've never gotten through a plateau and then came 'off' then was stuck back under old plateau, never. We've only dated 4 or 5 times, but I've always come out stronger. To me thats great. Cheap date too. Just depends on your goals.
By the way, I've always been on the skinny side, so I think its fun to be "Michelin Man" for a month

It isn;t so much "quick" gains that are lost quicly, but BIG gains. Actually muscle growth occurs in spurts, but if you gain 30 pounds in two month, no way can the body hold that, unless it's fat and water.

If you write a romance novel; I'll read it.

Once again show me someone who waited until they reached their genetic potential before using gear and I will show you some beachfront property in arizona

d-bol was my first cycle also i ran it for 2 months and gained 40lbs I kept 30lbs after it was all said and done and i didn't even use a pct
