Dbol IS Effective For Cutting!!

I'm currently at 210lbs 9%bf. My diet breakdown is:

360g protein
190g carbs
60g fats
2700 cals

This is on workout days. The other three days when I'm not lifting my carbs go down to 115 grams. Like I said so far the strength gains have been great while shedding extra bf.
 
dbol is superb for cutting - its anti-catabolic properties are almost unmatched. I dont get too bloated from it either.

Dbol + anti-aromatase keeps me lean and full looking - even at 10mg first thing in the morning.
 
Yes! us old timers used to refer to Dbol & Armidex as the poor mans var!

That's right, brotha! People need to wake up around here. Var is not the miracle that everyone thinks it is. The point about Arnold never looking bloated is a good one too. You would never see Arnold with a double chin like today's so-called superstars.

In my opinion if your a newbie and at 20%+ bf you shouldn't be using anything until you get your fat down more naturally.
 
I used to laugh when people said that training and diet were more important than drugs. That was before I had the drugs. Now that I have the drugs, I use them as an excuse to eat junk, and not train hard. It is a tough reality to face. Needsize said something that hit me really hard a while back. He said that some people don't even train hard enough to juice. When I started looking at my program, I couldn't justify the gram and a half of gear that was going into my system every week. That really pissed me off. Now I'm back on track; thanks to the help of people that know what the fuck they're talking about.
