Dbol experience - divided doses vs. single pre-workout

Just thought I'd share my personal experience. I've read all the threads about single dose vs. multi-dose vs. pre-workout vs. all in the morning etc.

I am running dbol for the 1st time with a cycle of test & winny. I planned on running 40mg split into 4 even doses for 4 weeks, 10mg after breakfast, 10mg w/afternoon meal, 10mg pre-workout and 10mg before bed. I saw good gains 3 weeks in (up 16lb), but the massive strength gains I had expected were slightly lagging.

To switch things up a bit I decided to take my entire dose 40 minutes before my workout. Also I cut the dose to 25mg and will extend my cycle another week. Today was my first day using this method and I felt as strong as an ox, I crushed my PR in the squat by 20lbs with absolute ease - I was tempted to throw on some more weight but in common sense decided to take it easy. Then I moved on to front squats where I beat my PR by another 20lbs. IN THE SAME WORKOUT.

The only thing I changed was my Dbol dosage and my pre-workout meal (had chicken breasts and pancakes instead of chicken and oatmeal- b/c I ran out of oats). Suffice to say I will be sticking with this method for a little while and will keep ya posted.
 
A single morning dose seems to be the way to go, which is what I did with mine. It would definitely be an advantage to have the nutrition to back it up though as damaging the muscle fibres sets off a cascade of metabolic reactions. With the short life of dbol in the bloodstream, timing is all important!
 
That simply works

1. Drop a N-bomb ( 40 or 50 mg Naps ) 2 hours pre-workout , u'll train like mad !

2. 10 mg after every meal ( 60 gr protein at least , add powder )
 
you may be a little stronger, but you will definitely grow more if you spread it all out over the course of the day, and personally I am a bodybuilder, so strength is pretty secondary to me
 
I spread mine out over 5 doses, 10mg each time. 7am, 11am, 3pm, 7pm, 10-11pm. Seems to work pretty well, but I've never tried it all at once, I probably will eventually as I like to experiment on my body a lot :)

Same here. I spread mine out b/c I don't give a fuck about strength. If I have 22" arms and can only curl 30 lbs dumbells....who cares??
 
haven't hit the DBOL yet, but i guess it all depends on what you want..strength vs. body mass...i prefer body mass, so when i hit the dbol im going to take it accordingly..but thanks for the info!

I agree with spreading them out through the day, keep things more stable. If I can remember correctly, the half-life for dbol is somewhere in the neighborhood of 4.5-6 hours. So a good thought would be 2 hours heading up to peak, 2 hours at peak, and 2 hours coming down to the half. For 30mg/day I would split them like this. I like to take 10mg upon waking, 5mg four hours later, 5mg four hours later, 5mg four hours later, then 5mg before bed. This way your keeping things fairly consistent. I've tried dosing a few different ways and this seems to work best for me.

probably in the fall, my off season goal was to be in the 270lbs range(at 5'8") before dieting down, and I should be able to hit it by summer
 
It sounds like it was the pancakes :-)

I like the idea of pre-workout dosing, but I also like the idea of the body at least trying to produce its own test overnight after the full morning dose of Dbol is out of the system...

I think I will split dosages on workout days, and take it all at once in the morning on mom-workout days and see how that works.

it wont work bro, even if you take it all in the morning, you will still be shut down. Been there, done that....
 
what are your guys thoughts on there being a benefit to taking dbol prior to a workout. I have always tried to take it at least 2 hours before training, but im curious as to whether it really has that much of a benefit.

I tried taking 10mg just before my workout but it didn't seem to make a difference...but my results may be atypical...try it out and that'll be your answer.

yep.....the idea that am dosing would "confuse" the HPTA is just bad science

I've never felt it made much of a difference. But the way that I split my doses up, as the prior 5mg dose is tapering down to half-life, the next 5mg dose is peaking, so for the most part my levels are pretty stable all day long even prior to workout and after.
 
In the new anabolic guide they talk about how there is no proof that splitting up the d bol gives you greater gains that one single dose. This last cycle I went with one dose and it was just fine. :evil:

Proof vs. common sense.....



Proof - apparently there "isnt" any that multiple dosing for dbol "works"


...but that same rationale - lets apply it to say...Deca.


Once per day on Dbol is 6x its half life




6x the half life of deca would be.....















...a fucking long ass time.







Common sense tells you to dose inside the half life.......

not to mention acedotal evidence, show me one guy with the body of a big competitive bodybuilder that has built his body taking his drugs that way.....just one....

Just split up the dose. Take about 10 mgs before you train, and the remaining every 4 hours thereafter.
