i would take 4 in the morning.....then 1 every four hours....then 4 45 min before workout....this worked F*cking awesome!!!:mad:
 
I got good results from taking one 1/4(loeffler 25mg/d-bol) every 4-5 hours through out the day.

I am going to start a deca/d-bol cycle in 3 weeks.Based on what I have read in some books and the responses to this thread I am going to take all of them at one time 1 hour before working out.And I will space them out in equal doses the days I dont workout.I will keep you guys updated on my results.
 
I'll probably take a nice chunk, like 10 or 15 mg before working out, then take 5 mg every 4 or 5 hours after that.
 
Thanks for all the info guys - very insightful...opinions are really divided though, right?
