I hope you're not using a bridge thinking it's going to help you recover your own test production. All you're doing is a smaller cycle inbetween bigger ones. I've read that even 10mg of dbol a day is more than your own endogenous test production and will keep you shut down after a cycle. Haha...that's funny; I was actually researching this some today! My conclusion: it's crap! You're not going to recover so why call it a bridge? Why not just stay on? If anyone has any studies to say otherwise, I'd be happy to read them (doubt any funded studies have been done one steroids for bridging and cycling purposes). The biological evidence suggests that you will not recover during a bridge.
