DBol as a bridge

What do you guys think of running Dbol as a bridge - heard of a couple of guys doing this. Any first hand experience.

Im considering running 10mg of DBOl (5mg morning 5mg evening) for 4 months till my next cycle.

PLease share experiences

No you should just come off, with proper rest for the system and organs.

I've read the dbol bridge you should only take the morning dose. Half of the guys that tell you to come off and do PCT actually stay on year round or bridge with var, dbol, or TRT levels of test.

I've also heard of people bridging with 5-10mg of dbol, like st8grad said tho, only take it in the morning. The half life of dbol is so short that it will be out of your system by bedtime and that is when your natural test production is the greatest, while your sleeping. Its been a few years ago when I saw a post pertaining to a dbol bridge. I've never tried it, but would be interesting to know if it works well.

Bridging is fine, as long as it is done PROPERLY.

Can you please comment on "properly"
10mg first thing in the morning, have been clean for 3 months and planning a big cycle in November (Test 500, Eq 250 and Dbol 4weeks 40mg (winny 50mged last 6 weeks). Im thinking about running 10mg of bdol every morning pre workout to keep me going.

Good idea? Do you think it will effect test levels significantly? Would you expect Dbol sides (cramps, bloating etc.) on this maintenance dose?

just come off.

your gonna have to come off one day be it in 1 yr 3 or 5 years .

once you get over the phycological fear of " comming off" its no big deal.
just like jumping out a plane your scared and dont know what to expect but once the parachute opens you know its gonna be ok and your safe .

once you do come off you'll be like oh well i lost a few pounds no big deal then just regain it next cycle.

Bridging: (brid-jing) adj. 1. not coming off; (staying on) 2. using lower dosages during a steroid cycle 3. an imaginary method of recovery concocted by make believe chemists 4. internet fantasy 5. term used to describe the period when someone wants to believe that they've restored normal HPTA function without losing gains

I dont like the I dea of a complete bridge for myself (I like clean time) but I thought Id experiment with half a Dbol bridge on my last short 4 week cycle (which I started pct about 4 weeks ago) because of all the anti catabolic stuff I have read about it and low suppression of 10mg in morning/day stuff I had read..

Cycle was 60mg dbol/day + 70 mg winny/day

ran a dbol bridge (10mg 630am dose) during pct with tribulus and Zma b4 bed (zma started the 2nd week) untill 2.5 weeks after my cycle then stopped the dbol but continued trib and zma.

I am now 4 weeks post cycle still on zma and have only gotten stronger. After i stopped the dbol it took about 5 days to feel like my energy, mood and libido returned to normal and now i feel better than
pre cycle and believe my test levels to be higher than before. im also gaining more naturally now than pre cycle so im pretty certain of this.

I am stronger than my last day of cycle so I have been able to more than keep my gains.

What also happened 2 days after starting my bridge and pct i fell terribly sick, vomiting, couldnt eat, stand, walk, diarreaha, temp over 39 C, u name it I was royally screwed up for 4 days. After I recovered I went back to the gym stronger than before I was sick...dbol must definetly be a HEAVILY anticatabolic compund if 10mg could keep everything whilst 2 days of no eating.

It suprised the hell out of me!

I will be trying a similiar thing but experimenting with a 6week test/dbol/winstrol cycle adex and/or nolva. on for 6, bridge for 3 off for 4 or something there abouts.

Bridging doesn't work, you're either on or off steroids. :)

I do like the whole "pre PCT" concept, similar to tapering. Though, I'd modify it a bit! I think D-bol is great for tapering. A person could do a 6-8 week cycle and end it somewhat like this:

1-6 Test prop 100 mg eod
1-6 Tren ace 75-100 mg eod
1-4 d-bol 20 mg eod
week 6 Test prop decreasing doses eod (i.e. a shot of: 100 mg, 75 mg, 50mg)
Week 7,8 dbol in decreasing doses (i.e. 20 mg, 15, 10, and then 5 mg first thing in the morning the last week-ten days)

Then begin pct.

The test prop would be pretty much out of your system by the beginning of week 7 and the dbol in decreased doses over those next two weeks would give you a gradual decline in hormone levels, hopefully enabling your hpta to kick in a bit before going straight into pct.

Actually the androgen you lost would not be replaced by a single dbol dosage, so in those crucial last days you'll be losing gains and delaying recuperation.

That's hella funny!

So true though!
