Dbol and its infamous back pumps!

On the third day of my Dbol cycle. First two days I would have mild headaches and slight pains in my body and went all out in the gym on the second day. Seemed like a psychological thing to me since it doesn't tend to work that fast. But today (third day) I woke up and can feel pain in the centre of my back (erector spinae) area , this is definetely not psychological. I feel like I can still train, I was wondering if you should still train even though this pain is there.

are you taking anything else with the dbol? are you taking any supps with it?

sounds like you have high blood pressure, not drinking enough water and not taking the right supps to go with it. post up everything else you are taking, eating and drinking.

you should be on 1.5gallon of water a day, 10g+ taurine, n2guard, etc

also you better lower your dose, sounds like your BP like Tom said is through the roof .. either get yourself better in shape before running dbol or just don't run it at all.

I've been drinking water with all my meals, it seems as if my body doesn't want anything else. Thanks for the replies, in regards to stats, diet and supplements:
Stats are training for 3 years, 5'9, ~185lbs, 14% BF
Diet is 4000+ cals per day split up into 6/7 meals a day (7 since i've been on dbol, just feel like eating all the time), consists of ~50:30:20 (C:P:F). Carbs primarily from oats, brown bread, sweet and jacket potatoes and whole pasta. Morning and PWO I have high GI carbs, namely standard cereal and dextrose/maltodextrin blend PWO. Protein sources have been chicken, tuna, salmon, milk and whey PWO and morning. Fats come from EVOO, peanut butter and flax seed oil at night.
Supplements, I've mentioned the carb blend and whey protein I take, in addition to this I take l-arginine pre-workout, i've come of creatine. I also take l-glutamine post workout and before sleeping.
I have learnt from you that taurine helps with BP and therefore I should take it to help reduce it. Oh and how many gallons is 4 litres of water? Thanks.

at that size its very possible you have high blood pressure. before you run AAS its a good idea to do a lot of cardio leading up to it. yes you will lose some size/strength as too much cardio is catabolic of course, however you will also strengthen your heart.

let me tell you something about dbol. it aromatizes bigtime, and you will get water weight and bloat. this will definately spike your blood pressure and I bet you also are noticing some issues sleeping too. so you need to run an AI with it everytime. also you need to keep the dose low.. you hear guys on here running 50mg or more per day.. that is NOT what dbol was intended for. it was intended to be run 20mg per day split up. 30mg per day split up is ample.. and 40mg is overkill.. if you cannot gain off 20-30mg per day of dbol than you are not working out correctly or your genetics are poor. i know this might break some peoples heart but its the truth.
 
drink at least 6l of water.
ditch the arginine.
get an anti e or lower the dosage
take some precautionary on cycle support supps.
 
Thanks for the advice, i've increased water intake. Daily dose is 30mg. Arimidex a good choice for ai?

Oh and no issues with sleeping tbh.
