I've been drinking water with all my meals, it seems as if my body doesn't want anything else. Thanks for the replies, in regards to stats, diet and supplements:
Stats are training for 3 years, 5'9, ~185lbs, 14% BF
Diet is 4000+ cals per day split up into 6/7 meals a day (7 since i've been on dbol, just feel like eating all the time), consists of ~50:30:20 (C

:F). Carbs primarily from oats, brown bread, sweet and jacket potatoes and whole pasta. Morning and PWO I have high GI carbs, namely standard cereal and dextrose/maltodextrin blend PWO. Protein sources have been chicken, tuna, salmon, milk and whey PWO and morning. Fats come from EVOO, peanut butter and flax seed oil at night.
Supplements, I've mentioned the carb blend and whey protein I take, in addition to this I take l-arginine pre-workout, i've come of creatine. I also take l-glutamine post workout and before sleeping.
I have learnt from you that taurine helps with BP and therefore I should take it to help reduce it. Oh and how many gallons is 4 litres of water? Thanks.
