I am about to start a 20mg dbol cycle. Just wanted to see if its worth taking with grapefruit juice for better absortion orr if I should stick with water.

It inhibits the cytochrome p450 enzymes, which break down many medications, including oral steroids. When you take 50mg dbol, you're really getting ~35mg of that because of said enzymes. When one inhibits them, like with grapefruit juice, you're increasing the amount of the drug you actually get, increasing dose potency by up to 50%.

Yes, you will get more sides, as your body will be accepting more of the steroid than it would without the use of a p450 inhibitor such as grapefruit. If you take 20mg with grapefruit supplementation, one would have to take ~30mg without grapefruit to see the same effects.

It takes roughly 4 hours for the enzymes to be broken down, so drink the juice 2 hours before your dbol dosage if you take it preworkout like I do. The effects on the enzymes can last up to 24 hours, so multiple drinks are unnecessary, unless you just like how it tastes. One cup should suffice.

Yea I mean that's why people drink grapefruit juice with their creatine. How long does it take you guys to learn all this shit? Everytime I'm on here I feel like I'm surrounded by doctors and PHDs and shit
