I was watching a fitness program the other day. While they were doing DB rows the trainer said to keep the shoulder blade retracted during the entire movement. I've never done this before. Usually I let my arm stretch to the fullest position, pull up and retract my shoulder blade at the top. I tried keeping my shoulder blade retracted last night. It made the movement more difficult but it also cut the ROM in half. Just wondering what the "correct" form for this movement is.
