Day number 2 on Cornholio's program.

today marked the 2nd day of the recently-popular 'old school' rotuine by Cornholio. today was ...

5 sets of 5, bb rows ... I warmed up with 135 for an easy 10, then moved up to 185 for the 5 sets. I was okay for the most part, but i think i need to work on the form a little bit, or drop the weight a tad, or both.
5 sets of 5, bench ... 135 warmup for 10, then 5 sets of 5 with 205. piece of cake. no struggling, except for the last rep on the last set. next week were hittin it up with 225. intensity baby.
1 set of 20, deads ... again, i did 185 for 20. i thought my heart was gonna stop. these really do tire you out. at my 14th rep on the way down, i guess my grip failed a bit and the weight slipped out of my hand. after a pause of about 5 seconds, i continued to 20. cake walk. well, a short of breath cake walk.
2 sets of 20, calf raises, standing ... did the first set with 80 on the machine. that was hell. felt awesome. second set i died at 17. dammit!

thats it for day number two. any suggestions or comments on my performance? any and all are appreciated. oh, by the way, monday, i was 167. today it was 169 ... how the hell did that happen? im going to assume its water weight. but then again, i dunno.
