ok.... here is a question I have not seen asked/answered in 30 pages of reading...
In the AM immediately upon rising, I like to take in about 25 grams of ion exchanged whey mixed in water before any cardio. Is this good, is this bad? I don't know. I just know I simply do it and it works (if you have seen my pics). Ok, this mix of PF ion whey and water has very little, if any calories at all.
My question - would this help/hurt the taking of T-Rex and clen in the morning as well?
I would rise, have the 25 grams protein, take Trex and clen, and then do my cardio... shower and eat a bigger breakfast, 60 grams of protein, high carbs, etc..
I would assume that any addition Trex and clen I need, I would take about noon. With my third meal of the day (lunch)
