Day 3 on THERMOREXIN

Thanks Ulter - it does last for only a short time. Seems like my entire body gets cold faster for about a 15-30 min period. This is only after taking T-Rex AND doing 60min cardio. I never get cold any other time, only after the workout/TRex combo.

hmmm, to get the glycogen storage benefit from t-rex, I have to take 6-10 tabs/meal, so im fine doin 6*6tabs on carbup, hehe think im better off buying r-ala. Im taking 500mg "regular" ALA with all meals on carbup. Dont mean to be rude or anything..
Just wondering if the thermo effect, which I most likely will get would have any negative effect on carbup since I sweat like hell with carbs only. It is supposed to make me retain less water, thats what im after. Im retaining quite a bit still. Thx lads for good support. thumb up for ulter and macro

Thermorexin has Glucorell R in it in order to help the Yohimbine hcl work better when you take carbs. It's not a substitute for Glucorell R capsules. But you do get "some" parititioning affect which is better than say, not having it in there.

If you're holding water like I was when you start Thermorexin your family will offer to build a dam behind you. Yes you will lose all your excess water. But keep putting it back by drinking lots of water because it doesn't know the difference between good water and bad water. It just gets rid of ALL water.
 
Ulter - How long are u gonna run this for. Im not feelin the alertness much anymore and the elevated moods, was thinking of takin time off then goin back on...

I´m wondering if there are any bad symptoms once you stop using T-rex? headaches, pains, lethargy?
And also if the weight jumps back on, kinda like the yoyo effect of radical diets?

I just started t-rex today and am up to 6 pills, not feeling too much from it, i'll keep taking it though and keep you guys posted.
 
Well its be 30 days and bottle is empty
Gone from 268 to 249, around 3.5% body fat loss.

No clue how much From the t-rex vs my diet / cardio.

for those wishing to take higher dosages but unable to take 2 at a time.. spacing them out every 1-3 hrs (1 per dosing).. tends to make it much more tolerable.. for some the impact of 2 at once is a bit much.
 
I'm taking four a day now. Two in the morning after my meal (I don't do cardio), two before 3PM.

I have trouble getting to bed early, but I solved that by taking sleeping pills.

I'm gaining weight, which is good (I'm assuming it's LBM - I don't look fatter).

I'm hungry all the time, but my hunger is sated faster.

I'm thirsty as hell all the time, too.

I sweat a lot, but that might be the suit and tie and the 90 degree weather.

I'm on the 5x5 program, and weights are still going up every time.

Sometimes HR is elevated, but that's not a big deal.

A friend of mine says t-rex is like "crack and zoloft in one easy serving."
 
1 bottle end result:

Lost 3lbs total down 7 at one time due to decreased eating for 4 days in the evening.
That is with no cardio or a strict diet, I know it would have been more otherwise.
Overall, very pleased and will order it again at a later date along with some other stuff I want to try.
 
Took it this afternoon when i got up with a protien and fat meal and got a bad anxiety attack thought i was goin to pass out still feel shitty now gave me the shits too!!!!!!! lol

have you taken yohimbine, NYC or yohimburn in the past? yohimbine can cause anxiety in some individuals (though even most people that get it from NYC dont get it from thermorexin) (very very few get it from yohimburn.. like 1/2000 or less)

its up to you... try it again or send it back.

I've taken NYC ephedrine straight yocon at over 30 mgs a day every once in a while I get an anxiety attack but it usually passes in about an hour or so.I was cool with the T-REX all last week when I took it wit a banana just today it was wierd any ideas?
Maybe ill try it with the P-seven tomorrow last time i had one was when i took a E.P.H 833 i dunno any input mac?

probably from mixing ephedra and thermorexin is not a good idea.. pure ephedrine should be ok (start with 1/2 tab.. 12.5mg)-- though only if with a single thermorexin.. or even better take ephedrine 1/2 hr later..

and taking with p-7 will help, if you suffer from anxiety..
 
Thanx bro but i wasnt taking anything now except the T-rex no eph nothing maybe it was just one of those days ill try it again later.I'm gonna stick with the banana tho

Short term looks good with some positive long term effects.
 
hi there everybody i just received my bottle of Trex today and i am going to take my first dose with a banana. its 3pm where i am staying. i have a cardio at 6pm, lets see what will happen.

my aim is to get my body fat % to a lower level (i dont know what i am at now but i can see flab covering my stomach) i do cardio 5 times a week with some weight training inbetween (not exactly a weight lifter, no equipment used)

i have never used any ECA nor NYC fatburner in the past.

getting pretty excited, wish me luck.

Alas, i dont have the skill or the lab to do it in.......

As is, this the thermorexin is doing good. Giving me better workouts than before and some good apitite supression. The chest pain nonsense has subsided as has the little anxiety attacks.

This is an AWESOME website loaded with information. I got to reading this thread and decided to buy TREX, Gluco, NYC and Yohimburn. Here is a brief history of myself...

24 years old
currently 195 lbs
18% BF (according to "Tanita" :mix: )

When I graduated high school I was about 200 lbs and played sports. Through 3 years of college at the Univ of Florida I was able to bloat up to 250 lbs by the usual beer/pizza combo late nights after the bar and the local trips to taco bell. When I got home from spring break junior year, my dad told me I was fat and had to get into shape. Bought xenadrine/hydroxycut and lost about 30 lbs. Start of senior year I was around 215. Gained about 10 lbs over the course of the year and got back into the swing of things post college. When I was working out etc up here I got to be around 210 lbs with 20% BF. I've been using ECA for the past 4 years off and on. I currently use it ONLY before I play sports or workout. I don't follow the guidelines. My purpose was for the extra energy during activities. I just finished my ECA and got the TREX/NYC/Yohimburn/Gl-R combo. My current diet is as follows:

6 am ~ wake up, take ECA and do 30 min cardio
6:45 ~ Get back and brew up some green tea
7:30 ~ morning protein shake. I throw in some blueberries, strawberries, banana, in water. I JUST started adding flax seed oil to it
10:30 ~ protein bar (low carbs)
1 pm ~ lunch. Normally chicken/salmon with brocolli, maybe some pesto on the side.
2 pm ~ EAS choco drink (2 g carbs)
4:30 ~ protein bar (carbolite 25 g carbs, 19 g sugar alchols)
6ish ~ sports
8 ~ tuna or something low carbs
Throughout the day I consume, on average, 100 oz of H2O
I also try and consume 2 cups of green tea

My question...

1) My goal is to reach 180 lbs. I have not been lifting due to the sports I play all the time and can't afford to be sore as I'm trying to do something. I've been doing morning cardio. I want to realistically reach 8-10% BF. With the items I purchased, is it better to use TREX or NYC to begin with?

2 weeks before hearing of T-Rex I had just finished a 12 week routine in which I dropped 3 pants sizes. Total weight lost was 52 lbs. This routine ended 5/23/03. I started taking the T-Rex on 14 June as a bridge until I could start something a little more serious.
Since 6/14/03 I have not really watched my diet that close, just ate when hungry and continued cardio in the gym. T-Rex was the only thing I was taking. Long story made short, my clothes, especially the pants fit more losely now than in June. This is promising. So I dropped $100 and had my BF measured at a local University.
Today marked the 1st day a new routine. I am confident that T-Rex will assist me in reaching the goals set this time.

This schedule works very good for me,

2 caps upon waking.
Eat a small meal ( 1 cup of oatmeal, banana )
Train
1hr after training another small meal w/1 cap of T-Rex
Then I take 1 cap every 2-2.5hrs there after.
Total caps for the day will be 5 - 7 depending on appetite and time of day.
I have taken T-Rex as late as 8:30PM and slept fine.
Actually I have noticed that my sleeping is deeper since I started taking this supp.

I changed my diet from a Keto type to one low in carbs.100 carbs a day. Low glycemic type as well. This seems to work best for me when taking T-Rex. The sweat really rolls this way and kind of gives me some sort of psychological boost.

I'm excited to see what the results will be in 4 weeks. With weight training incorporated with the cardio this time I am expecting to protect what lean I have if not add about 8 - 10 lbs. But at the same time shed some BF.

I really would suggest if you are not experiencing any benefits from T-Rex, change your dosing schedule to something the one above. It made a huge difference with me.

OD'd on TREX



I'm very resistant to thermo's. Been taking TREX off and on, more OFF than ON, as it hasn't provided the appetite supression I was hoping for. I've taken up to 3 pills at once before. So, in Fonz-like fashion, I took 5 pills at once, plus 2 peaches and V8 juice.

About 20 minutes later I had to log in.... BAD. Took some porcelain right off the john. That my friends was the F5 tornado of downloads. Lost an inch off my waist! Back to a 31! But clogged up the toilet :(

As for my appetite, let's just say I'd spew at the thought of food right now. Not sure if it's the synephrine or the fact that the pills are just so damn repulsive.
 
Well, after yesterday's debacle I dropped the dosage down to 3 pills twice so far today. Surprisingly, I am now experiencing the anorectic effect which has avoided me at previous similar dosages. Perhaps I needed that TREX "frontload." In any case, I am very pleased with how I feel and hope it continues. But if there's a beta version you seriously have to do something about the taste...:spit:
 
How long can you take this for ? I just finished a bottle and was up to 6 a day. Was wondering if I could add this to my daily supps ?

as long as you feel its effective.. which should be quite an extended period of time... when/if you notice diminishment.. take a break or switch to an EC or NYC..

The taste is one of the main reasons I just can't even look at the bottle anymore. Just sits there. Staring at me. :)

If the cap doesn't break open going down ...I'm good.

But if it does.........not even half a bottle of Tums does the job of getting rid of the acrid after-taste.

I much prefer NYC. But I guess to each his own.

It appears to supress the appetite longest in cases where the subject is obese, though, at least in mice. Not so much in subjects of normal weight.

I'm still waiting for a "safe" uncoupler of oxidative phosphorylation. 'Till then, cardio and calorie restriction.

EVER heard of the fact that E+C increases endurance and STRENGTH(10-15%) CONSIDERABLY. Only if used 1X/day. Your body does not adapt. 50mg.

ADD PC+glycerol+water to that, to get rid of any dehydration issues and you're golden.

Also of note, it was seen that thinning out the blood with aspirin increases the NYC/ECA stack considerably.

Well, there's a compound that does just that, that isn't aspirin that also has a panoply of other amazingly good side effects, and it works.

It also improves cardiac response. i.e. makes the heart stronger(the walls). Your VO2 Max then increases due to lower resting heart rate.

I am on my second day of Thermorexin, I took 4 yesterday and up to six today. I mostly notice the appetite suppression and I feel sharper mentally, but the heat is lacking. I am guessing this is due to the low carbs (>40g) but we'll see how fat loss is over the next week or so.

I also think I am stimulant resistant as I can eat ECA's like Tic Tacs and I can take upwards of 200mcg of Clen without any Taurine and I have zero problems.

But AF and "Uncle Flores" always make great products, so I have faith. :p
 
Oh hey Macro, also I was wondering how many grams a day of Fructose would you eat while dieting using Trex and Clen?

I just want to make sure I'm not eating too much of it.

really depends on your activity level and other sugars/carbs in diet. though probably not over 50-75g.. lower if lots of sucrose (half dextrose/half fructose)

I'm using THERMOREXIN and LIPOREXIN with a low carb diet (Not too low, but about 60-120g a day of carbs). I was wondering
if you think I should up my Carb intake and lower my protein intake?

I'm trying to cut asap and eating more carbs may impair it.
 
Got t-rex yesterday, and took 2 with a banana before workout this morning. Didnt feel anything at first but when I started workout I felt really hot in a good way. Only strange thing is that I was really hungry during excercise, and with ECA I am not.
but so far I like it:)

Been following this thread with interest.You started it back in May,so was just wondering if you are still on T-Rex,and if so,what have your longer term results been like?

I'm just on my third day and curious what the future could hold!
 
well I took 3 thermorexins today + 3 lipos and I was sweating way too much, I also had way too much energy and was way too happy before i had to wait about 30 min to pick up my gf and thats when i got ticked off and im still pissed, is that the whole anxiety problem you guys were talking about?

no more headache today but i was still a bit dizzy cause i forgot to buy gatorade..

another thing that happened to me was cramping... pretty much my whole body and especially my legs cause it was a leg day today but when i tried to go swimming my hands also started cramping up, im not too out of shape so can you guys tell me what Im missing here? do I need more water or what?
 
well it was a huge mood swing for some reason but i dont know it might of just been cause i was hungry, it was right after my work out and i didnt have a shirt to wear cause all 3 of my shirts were soaked in sweat.. but anyways thats no biggie i feel good again after i ate and stuff but i think some of it has to do with neutrogenex cause it really calms me down and puts me in a good mood basically, i took 2 in the morning...

oh and about dosing what i did was i took 1lipo 1 thermorexin in the morning, then i took 1more lipo and themoreixin in an hour or so before i went and worked out, played some ball and did a little swiming. and after the work out 1 thermo 1 lipo.... plus some good healthy food, 2 protein shakes, and a 1 dose of creatine... and no cycle nothing, not into that yet.

I dont kno why you guys say you have trouble sleeping and such cause right now its 842 and i could easily fall asleep and tell you the truth this is the third day on this stuff and ive never slept any better prolly cause i put out so much energy in the gym and im dead tired by the night time( usually im in there from 11:30 to 3:30, usually first 2 hours is for bball and rest is for lifting and if theres enaugh time swimming too) without trex and lipo I kno I wouldnt last that long in there especially when im going as hard as i can most of that time im in there ...
 
Question- When you buy products from AF does it save on shipping to buy them all at once or will it be the same as ordering them one at a time?

ok.... here is a question I have not seen asked/answered in 30 pages of reading...


In the AM immediately upon rising, I like to take in about 25 grams of ion exchanged whey mixed in water before any cardio. Is this good, is this bad? I don't know. I just know I simply do it and it works (if you have seen my pics). Ok, this mix of PF ion whey and water has very little, if any calories at all.

My question - would this help/hurt the taking of T-Rex and clen in the morning as well?

I would rise, have the 25 grams protein, take Trex and clen, and then do my cardio... shower and eat a bigger breakfast, 60 grams of protein, high carbs, etc..

I would assume that any addition Trex and clen I need, I would take about noon. With my third meal of the day (lunch)

no, it would not hurt, actually a bit of fructose along with that (for liver glycogen) might be even more benefical. though as it is with the protein alone - JUST FINE.

Please include how many pills per day, how long of cycle, how much weight/body fat lost, any sides, and compare to any other thermo you've used.

I'm about half done with my bottle and haven't noticed any BF reduction due soley to T-rex. I have lost this amount of BF by doing it without T-rex. However, it makes my workouts much more intense and focused. I found I am able to tune out my suroundings much easier(without headphones). IMO, the benefits of being more focused have been worth it alone.

Same here, I didn't notice anything incredibily great in terms of fat loss. I think I could have lost more using a CKD without trex. The only reason I keep taking trex is because it kills my appetite.

Also, anyone else gag by the nasty smell of these pills? Just opening the bottle makes me sick.

I have taken it for 2 weeks now, and the only thing i hate is that it does not give me any energy! i am used to ephedra, but it does curb my apetite!
