Day 3 on THERMOREXIN

quick question....

If you are taking trex, would HIIT cardio be bad? Ive heard that thermos and cardio that gets your heart rate really high up for intervals is a bad idea. Just wondering ...?

IMO, No, worked VERY well for me actually ... on empty stomach though ? I WOULDNT do that ... eat a banana, you'll rip right thru it anyway with some HIIT & drink plenty of water :jarswim:

Whew, just read all 200+ postings. I was curious, does T-Rex work better on a Low Carb/High protein diet? Does it matter? If low carb is important, what is the maximum carb grams one should be taking when on T-Rex?

I am a big cardio breeze fan now as far as empty tank AM HIIT, but back in the day i was a die-hard Trex fan for the same purpose. I got around the kinda queezy side effect of trex on an empty stomach by waiting for 10-15 minutes after took two caps and then i ate two Tropical Fruit tums: a good source of calcium as well, but that stopped the repeat and nautia then and there. I guess that would mess up absorbtion in a bad way, but my thinking at the time was that the 15 minutes or so got most or all of the trex into my system so it was all good.

Nothing like :sick: in the parking lot of the gym for about 15 minutes, out the car door, then going & having one of the best HIIT sessions of my life ... :verygood: Real Healthy eh? Egad! Then people would think I had an eating disorder eh?

Will t-rex work as a fat-burner if I stay like 2 weeks on 1 week off?
Cause I heard staying on stims for long periods of time can be negative, making you lethargic when you finish.
 
yes, but its not reccomended....any lethargy/withdrawal will appear a couple days after stopping and generally last for 1-3 days (most of which is due to caffiene withdrawal).

if you want to cycle stims with thermorexin to maintain strong effects with the other stim (thermorexin has little down regulation in "energy" effects- though there is some tolerance-)

some stims like ephedrine, clen and amphetamine derivatives can tax the adrenals and CNS with extended use.

Thermorexin works very differently and causes little receptor downregulation or depletion/strain on CNS/adrenals.
 
Okay I think something is so wrong with me!! I started taking thermorexin yesterday...1 3x's and I would of had to report no noticable extra energy. So I was hoping that today when I upped dose to 2 pills I would get the extra boost everyone keeps talking about. I just took 2 about 2hrs ago and I am even yawning. I am experiencing no effects what-so-ever. Should I try taking 3? I am also taking Sesapure and GlucorellR. I would think because I am not so big that one would of done me. I am 5'3 and 135...I no idea what my bf% is. Ugh, so bummed by this!

at your body weight you need to drink at least a gallon per day.

if you are low carb the stimulant and thermogenic effects can be muted.

I do drink allot of water during day..not sure of amount but if not a gallon, I am sure its pretty damn close. When I thought I was low carb, I wasn't low enough...but now I probally am. I will log back into fitday to see. It just depends, some days I have more carbs than I want to and then next day I cut back more. My schedule is very crazy. As long as it still works with out the same energy effects and all.....I guess it really dosen't matter. I will keep you posted.
By the way, it has been drying my mouth out I find so it is making me drink even more water. I love H2o....I have always only drank diet soda on weekends anyway.
 
you can take with thermorexin, though dont reccomend either. reccomend against regular hot rox because it contains guggulesterones. Hot rox extreme, while not reccomending, is at least guggulsterone free.

they have been touted in aryuvedic medicine as cholesterol lowering and thryogenics agents. However, recent controlled studies (not done in india) have shown that it has no impact on thyroid, actually slightly raises LDL levels, acts as a mild anti-androgen and a relatively strong progestin.

basically, they should not be in supplements. Many of the manufacturers are aware of this, but continue to sell it based on the hype created in the late 90's and early part of this century. Hype that has since been disproven.
 
How much carbs are we talking? My intake is about 60-100g a day, depending on what I eat...mostly consumed in breakfast and pwo.

I don't know about that net carb crap, I'm just talking the carbs it says on the foods I eat, like low sugar quaker oatmeal and milk and stuff. It only works out to about 20% of my calories...
 
it varies from individual to individual. try it at your current carb intake, see how that feels, the try upping carbs to 30-40% for a couple days and compare.
 
Had to hold off a week for the BIG order, but I did order another 90ct of Trex cuz I cant go without it on my cut cycles. My AIFM, and PureCEE should hold up for another week or 2. Then I will be reordering those along with some more Gluc-R.

I have 12-16 weeks to cut from 185 to about 165-160ish for basketball season. (Summer League)

I'll try to keep updates as often as I can.

Just use Thermorexin and add SesaPure/Glucorell with the T3 at 50mcg, not 25.

So I researched a little and went and ordered THERMOREXIN 180ct + SesaPURE/Glucorell combo 240ct Glucorell ... of course I found out about the European store only after and paid 72$ for FedEx shipping ... good job be !

Anyway... nor Clen or ECA have given me ''awesome'' results, inspite of my daily cardio and a normal diet... although I havent used T3 with clen yet, I dont believe it will become miraculously better.

FedEx says my order will be here tomorow or around there, since I dont want to mess my body up, my current ECA cycle ends thursday, so Id like to start with Thermorexin after that... what kind of dosage are we talking about here for T3/Sesa/Thermo together? I know Im not suppose to take more than 1 capsule of thermo per day, and 50mcg of T3, but whata bout Sesapure?
