Day 3 on THERMOREXIN (edited for length)

i got THERMOREXIN for my friend and she said it sucked :( but then again i think she was expecting the high to last longer as she had gotten used to the pills .ahh just another fat girl trying to get skinny on a pill alone :P
 
i just got some cardiobreeze instead....thermorexin is some good stuff but it's way too intense for me....cardiobreeze feels perfect,,,i dont experience that intensity in my mind (cns stimulant) but still feel the energy flow

its really a matter of preference and response... glad that the CB is treating you right :)
 
Hi guys. I have been lurking but have a couple questions.

I have been on T rex for a couple weeks or so and have lost about 10-12 lbs doing a little cardio here and there. I do a tiny bit of weight as well, but have a bad shoulder and spine, so I have to really be careful with it.

I checked my blood pressure today and th efirst test was 163 over 124. The second was 179 over 109 which is terrible.
The last time I had it checked it was like 135 over 80 which is lame, but not nearly as bad as today's.

I am 39, and presently 218 lbs 6 ft and am slightly overweight.

I am taking 1 T rex a day, and drinking about 50 grams of protein thru shake plus normal dinner and sometimes lunch.
Also taking liquid Cialis, and took about 25 mg last night.

Can the Trex make my blood pressure get that high?
Is the Cia possibly making it elevate as well, or lower it?

I also take liquid vitamins and liq glucosamine everyday FWIW

Thanks alot, I am kind of worried about this high BP
 
The T Rex raised it a little bit, but not much.
The Cia did a bit too, but I decreased the dosage to about 15 mg, so it looks like things will be fine.
I got a BP monitor to use at home when I'm relaxed, so I will be checking it myself more often.

My second day on T-Rex, and it kicks ass. One pill in the morning and one in at mid-afternoon. Also, one cardio breeze 45 mins before workout.
I looked up at the clock tonight and realized I was lifting for about an hour and a half, with high high intensity!
This is my first time trying both of these....
 
Macro....i have been taking T-Rex for a couple of weeks....after reading this thread...i think that i need to take it up a couple of notches and should add YES, Glucorell R and Levorex....what would the dosages be? Currently I take T-Rex 3 times a day (2 caps each)...thoughts? I do my workouts in the morning....early.

Curious. Is Levorex the same thing as Green Tea Extract? Could it be replaced with Green Tea Extract caps?

no, though it does contain green tea extract.

it could be, though that would not be as effective (though still a good addition)
 
Still no jitters. Dropped about 15bls since starting. Did not change my workout habits. Have continued to try to cut calories here and there, but nothing drastic. I assume the weight loss is blubber. It looks that way anyway. I wish I could do the water test. Haven't been able to find anyone around here who does it.
 
I don't even know if DNP could work better. No shit.



That is quite a comparison, is this stuff still available, and is it still as effective,


Sounds like you could function some what normally on this, on DNP, I am a zombie, zoned out, period.

Day 5

My morning capsule was gone by 3PM today 7PM yesterday. Tomorrow I will go up to 2/day. I still can't remember to eat but I am using an alarm to remind me now.
The heat is still very good the whole day and into the night. Due to the fact I will be taking 2 tomorrow the forecast should be very warm.

I think if you use it for 3 weeks you may be finished dieting. So yes you can take off after that.

Ulter, what do you think about using during the 2 weeks off of a clen cycle?
 
thermorexin and cardio breeze are often used in the off weeks. Many people use them as a base run continously with clen added in the 2wkon/2wkoff pattern. as a note generally reccomend 2-3wkon/3-6wkoff with clen, but really depends on response.
 
Been on for a week

Stacking T-Rex and Cardio Breeze with some YES. Also using Sesapure, CEE, Glurcorell... great stuff and am seeing change in BF... I am a fat ass right now at about 20%BF - carry it in the stomach and chest. 6'6" 265lbs 50 years old, healthy as a horse, athletic all my life. Bench 275 Squat 315

Dosage 1 T-Rex 2 times per day and 2 Cardio Breeze before workout.

Workouts are much more intense and definitely sweat more....

But during the day with 1 T-rex have not seen any up tick in sweating. Should i go to 2 in AM and 2 in mid-afternoon?

Work out in the early evening/mid evening 6-8

So far no jitters - had way bad jitters on ephedrine based products.
 
I'm taking Ses/Lev/Gluc/YES/AIFM/CardioBreeze right now. Running low on the SES because I take 6 per day.

I ordered more SES today, and also added 180ct of Thermorexin. I am going to replace the Levorex with it. I store alot of my fat in the "love-handles" and stomach. I'm hoping this has a more intense effect. Getting good results now though.
 
I was going to take 4 per day.

2 before breakfast. (along with 2 SES, Green Tea, 1 pump AIFM, Gluc as needed)
2 before Lunch. (Along with 2 SES)

Going to take LEV with my third dose of SES(2) for the day because I work out between 5-7 PM and will have the CardioBreeze still pumping! I take my third dose of the day post workout before dinner. I don't want insomnia.
 
Well I guess I will post because it's my third day on T-Rex!

I am taking 3 times daily, but still experimenting with my Pre workout stack.
Yesterday It was 1 cardioBreeze, 1 Thermorexin, 1 Levorex, 4 pumps of YES.
(All 45 mins before workout)
I felt like a machine during cardio. (Yesterday was cardio only for me)
*6 minute warmup on bike
*15 minutes High-Intensity on Elliptical
*18 minutes High-Intensity on StepMill
*Then after this I spent about 1/2hour in the pool.
I've never sweat so much during cardio I swear. I loved it
 
Cardio Breeze is awesome. Helped me run a marathon earlier this year when I did not get any sleep (not even a minute) the night before the race.

It works perfect for me, just the right amount of ingredients in there because Thermorexin is way too potent for me.

what was your total body fat loss while on therma.... also how much weight did u lose and how long did u run it for?! thanx brotha!
 
Dropped over 25lbs so far. Definately sweat a ton during cardio. I will re-measure to see what it has done for the problem areas, like the gut. Definately have seen a big improvement though! Also trying to get dunked to check on body fat %.

really depends on what you mean by calorie excess and minor cardio. But that aside it will shift the balance toward utilization of fatty acids as well as improving glucose clearance.

basically it will make it easier to lose some fat while still gaining mass, partly through increased metabolism and partly because it will allow for greater training volume and improve cardio (perhaps allowing your minor cardio to become moderate cardio without much change in percieved effort)
 
Down well over 30lbs now. Definately all fat (since I have kept up all my training). Set to get dunked on the 8th! Can't wait to see what I am at. Wish I had it done earlier to compare though (found a few old pictures which are not flattering though!). Haven't measured my waist in a while. But lets just say that I am back into pants that I haven't worn or comfortably worn in a few years (3 or 4) and I just had 8 of my business suits altered because they looked like gunny sacks (at least that is what one of the gals in the office said...).

Combo of 2 TRex, three times a day; 2 Levorex, three times a day; and Glucorell R before meals (amount depends on what I am having); plus lots of water. Continue to do daily workouts in the morning with combination weights, machines and cardio (Stairmaster or Treadmill). Work outs are based on what the Men's Health Personal Trainer program has me do. I guess the only other thing is that I have continued to not drink soda at lunch (water only) and have cut out all sides at lunch. I eat out everyday at lunch with a bunch of guys, so it is hard. I have also really watched my portions at dinner and no desserts (well, most of the time....).

Anyway, just and update. As I mentioned earlier, I will try to get a measurement done soon and post before and now.

I forgot to mention that I am also using YES in certain areas (upper arms, gut, love handles, lower back and ass).

Did the measurements:

June '06 was 225lbs (no other measurements)
July 30th, '06 was 217lbs, 22" thigh, 43" chest, 42" abs, 14" bicep
August 27th, '06 was 210lbs, 24.5" thigh, 44.25" chest, 41" abs, 14.5" bicep
December 2nd, '06 was 193lbs, 22.75" thigh, 43.25" chest, 39" abs, 14.25" bicep.

Not flexing.

It had been some time since I had measured. Obviously. Kind of bummed to see my size go down a little since August, but it is not noticable (so I was surprised). But understand since I am losing the body fat all over. And overall, the size really didn't go down from back in July to now. So I seem to be overcoming any loss of size with muscle gains. definately can tell that I am more solid. Can I point to any of the products as the one that does the most? No. Would I quit any of them. No. The combination seems to be working out for me.

I have been dieting for awhile now and I'm down to 222 from 240 at 5' 11". I am kindof stuck at my weight eating about 2200 cals a day, just ordered some YES and TREX. Will using both help to trigger some more fat loss. I am still prob 19% bf. Need to lose fat in face, chest, and stomach, any suggestion on where I should start the YES at to see max results?
 
Macro. As you know, I have been using Levorex, T-Rex and Glucorell for a few months now. I was just water fat tested (dunked) and am sitting at 19%. While that sounds bad and I was hoping for better, I have lost 35lbs since starting on the sups and re-focusing. So I know that I have lost a good amount of fat in the process and will continue. The fact that all of my suits had to be taken in at the end of November and are now loose again is proof. I currently am wearing 34 jeans again...sheesh!

Anyway, my question for you is can I add something like NO Xplode or Amplify02 pre-workout? Suggestions?

you should be able to add either (though you may need to dose lower or adjust your thermorexin dose to avoid overstimuation).

that being said reccomend Red Blast over those two, though it as well would probably require reducing thermorexin dosage (if you took full Red Blast dosage). a lot of people like to mix and match to achieve the best individual effect for them.
 
Just wanted to chime in as to mixing RED Blast and T-rex. First of all, I have to tip my cap and thank the AF store for these products. I'm eating the lowest amount of calories I ever have during a cutting phase and my appetite is totally in check, and the conditioning is coming pretty much overnight. I'm also using a small amount of AAS, but for me to have the energy to get up at 5 am for cardio and abs, work 8+ hours, train for 90 minutes in the PM, all on 2000 calories @ 270 lbs is incredible. I've never been able to do it before with any supps.

So as far as my personal experience, I'm still titrating up on teh T-rex, but am fine with 1 pill 2 to 3 times daily. My dose of RED Blast is 14 pills, so as long as my last T-rex dose was 2-3 hours before my RED Blast I take the full 14 pills. I also use some YES pre-workout, and only once or twice felt over-stimulated, but this has happened before due to hydration issues, lack of sleep, etc. And they weren't palpitations, but rather isloated PVC's. Again, this has happened to me before when sleep deprived and running on stims.

So what does this all mean? For me, it means being able to function and train properly on insanely low calories (was at 4500-6000 for many months) while still getting good pumps, strength, and endurance. And the only AAS I'm using is 600 mg EQ weekly, 250 sustanon weekly, and 60 mg anavar daily. Also GH 10 iu EOD. No fina, no winstrol, no clen, no T3, no DNP. And the best part is I FEEL great. Fina is sort of bitter sweet for me. Strength, hardness, vascularity, and fat loss, but lots of sides.

Anyway just my 2 cents.

P.S. Some might think that's a lot of AAS, but it's really a "bridge" of sorts for me. Just a small amount of test for libido, anavar for synergy with the CEE in RED Blast, and the EQ is just there so after it's been in my system for 6-8 weeks I'll start adding the tren, winstrol, and mast. So in actuality my body wont know the EQ is there for another month or so. So I think of it as only being on 250 mg of test and 60 mg of var.

wow that was too long to read... but i'm a/b to order my thermorexin right now. i wont start my cutter for a little while longer but i'm gonna go ahead and order it. maybe two. thanx for all the info guys
