Lets Do this!!!!! Just got my UFR Kit last night. today is going like this. 4:45am wake up took 1 T-rex w/prune. Gym 15min elyptical 25 bike--Nausea!! Stoped here. Took 2 L-Rex Felt better after shower. BKFST 7am oatmeal w/ crackers & glass of fresh grapefruit juc. 2-Gluc-R . 9am can tuna, 11am 2 slice each turkey/chicken, 1 swiss, 1245 2 Gluc-R, 2 L-Rex, 1pm Lunch ckn breast & sweet potatoe, 3pm, 5pm same as moring snacks, 7-8 2 Gluc-R 2 Levorex dinner ?????Brwn rice????Ckn thinking about taking another Trex around Lunch??? Feeling fine now. I work indoors in a bank so pretty cool in here.
