Now I"m on day 3.
Day 2 was one in the AM before driving to work, after a yummy protein/flax/creatine drink. No noticeable effects (besides going to the bathroom pretty often, but that may be because of the all the water I drink anyway). Another one around 3, after two meals of rice, vegetables, and meat. No noticeable effects. Leg workout of squats and SLDLs wasn't any different. Couldn't sleep at night until 2am, though. That sucked.
Took 2 this morning after another yummy protein/flax/creatine drink. Only slept for half the bus ride into the city, instead of the whole time. Feel really awake now, considering I only got 5 hours of sleep instead of the ten I like. Was sweating a little bit, too - but that's stopped now that I'm out of Manhattan's nasty rain and humidity, and in my air-conditioned office.
I plan on taking one more after my third or fourth meal of the day, and taking some sleeping pills after I get back from the gym.
Question, which remained unanswered from my previous post: Can I still bulk while on T-Rex, or will the effects of it preclude any muscle growth?
