Hey there
i'm on day 21 of my first cycle (200mg/deca, 300mg/test-e, anastrazole 1 mg every 3 days, all obtained through a doctor and pharmacy). I have a long history of having a very hard time gaining muscle. I am now 168 pounds.
I'm eating like a horse (260 grams protein a day) and working out 5-6 days a week. My trainer (from this site) made my program and it's very solid.
I've gained about 7 pounds since i started but i can say confidently this is mostly fat/bloat. there has been some toning/muscle gain but nothing significant or that i wouldnt expect to see anyway with my program and diet.
My trainer first said i would start seeing results after 2 weeks, now he says after 3-5...
I'm just getting a bit concerned that more isnt happening and I might be wasting the potential of a first cycle somehow.
