Day 2 on DNP .. I'm SOOOO HOT!!

Took approx 400mg yesterday (one pill in the morning, one at night) Last night even with a fan blowing right in my face (I bought a little clip fan and attached it to the headboard) my pillow was soaked, and my sheets were stinky in the morning. Yuk.

I did 90 minutes of cardio this morning, and "tried" to work out my back, but I just wanted to lay down and go to sleep. I think I lifted half assed for like 1/2 hour before I hit the showers.

I don't like hot water in the shower anymore. It had to be cold as possible. But on a positive note, I'm 3 pounds lighter than yesterday .. hopefully it's not water weight or something like that.
 
I was 187 yesterday, 184 today. Also recently I had to drop my pants size back to 32 .. 34's are too big.
 
damn it.... hmmmmm, ok, I need to go home and try on my 32's. lol Im in my 33's now and theyre very comfy. I better be able to wear my 32's or :bawling:

keep it up. enjoy these first few days, downhill from here. How do you explain to friends and coworkers why you are sweating profusely all the time? It is worth it though! Six pack or die!!!
 
Johnny, you'll get through the sweats but don't stay on to long. send me an e mail sometime.

johnny o, are you taking one cap every 36 hours now?

and dont expect to lose while your on it, you should remain about the same weight then when you come off your body will flush out all the excess water, what you lost so far is water... you will gain it back... your body will retain water since its all fucked up and way to hot for itself...

90 cardio on dnp.... CRAZY SHIT!!!
 
I'm taking one cap every 8 hours .. the caps are 200mg but slightly underdosed.

haha .. remember I can do 9 hours of cardio (as I used to do long distance bike racing). 90 minutes is easy, provided I get up early enough to have to time to do it. I do 45 minutes on the precor elliptical thing, and the second 45 minutes I'm on the bike, reading and drinking a protien shake.
