Day 10 eq, dbol, sust...up 5 lbs

I'm on day 10 of the following:
1-12: 750 mgs sust
1-12: 500 mgs eq
1-5: 30 mgs dbol e.d.
1-12: .5 mgs adex e.d.

Put on 5 lbs and my strength is way up. Dumbell presses are up 15 lbs each arm for sets. I work, go to school and have a suspended license so it's been a little difficult to get home and cook a lot, but I still got my diet pretty on point. It's got a little too much sugar b/c of weight gainer shakes and a ton of milk, but this is the only way I can get my cals with the schedule I have. Consuming 4500 cals, 300+ grams of protein a day and plenty of good carbs.
Everyone was saying go higher than 30 mgs dbol, but it's doing me good.
 
do what you feel is good for you. keep it this way for now cause it looks good. if you feel you need more wait a little longer than 10 days to decide to up anything. other than that your doing good. keep it up.
