Did any of you watch the last UFC? Had a video if Tank doing upright rows with 315.....Yes, I said upright, not bentover. He was also bouncing 500lbs off his chest like it was nothing. I think he should quit fighting and start powerlifting as a new career.

yeah, even though that was some of the worst form you'll ever see, he's still strong nonetheless. Cheating upright rows w/315 and CHEAT hammer curls w/150's is no joke.

Tank is a strong Bastard. Even though I think he's an asshole, I respect him as a fighter. He has definately managed to dispel the myth of the big ape being incapable of technical fighting(now that he's gotten better).

Unfortunately, the ability to bounce 500 lbs off your chest doesn't have much carryover to powerlifting.

you know, there was a lot of bitching on all the mma forums over the last ufc and how much it "sucked". I personally thought it was pretty damn good minus a few small incidents. How about that standing rear naked choke, though? Hughes is the man and I predict a beating of BJ Penn in january.

i cant remember the last time he actually one. He gets owned every time. Only reason he is booked on the card is because he draws a crowd for some reason

That's why I said "now that he's gotten better." Of course he's there just for the crowd. I've never been a fan of the fat man, but over the years, he has shown incredible improvement.

He's not just a flabby, waddling windmill of chocolate stained fists anymore.

I wouldnt want those fists on my face man, when he connects with someone its like a brick hit em, even with the lightly padded gloves on. Poor form or not he's MOVIN the weight.
