Since EF changed the format today or last night I cannot figure out how to post my pic other than the thumbnail link thing. If anyone knows how to do it now, please enlighten me. I`ll owe ya big time

Stats.

Age: 47
Height: 5`, 9"
Weight: 185.
BF: 11 - 12% (hydrostatic)
History: Started lifting in 1983.
All natural. Never did AAS.
Workouts: Low volume, low frequency. Heavy emphasis on compounds.
Goal: Do a cycle of Var and put on 10 lbs. of lean, hard mass.

Thanks Sweed but I tried that. EF changed the format sometime today and those directions don`t seem to apply anymore. Either that or I`m just fuckin stupid.
