No Gonzo. Remember Quigon Jin believed he was the one. There is no proof that he was the one. But I do agree that Vader would lay the smack down on Maul.

that is true, no proof. but Vader is a badass
 
Maul by 10th round knockout, even though he is the 45:1 underdog. Of course Don King will protest after the fight and say when Maul was down in the 8th the ref gave him a long count.
 
there was a comic book issue of Starwars tales that had Darth Vader battle a resurrected Darth Maul. Vader kicked butt!
 
While Maul had greater physical talents, Vader was much stronger with the force. Remember that the force far transcends physical ablility in a fight...just look at how Yoda kicked ass in the last movie. Vader would eat Maul alive.

Right. Much stronger in the force. Also bere in mind that Obi Wan defeated Darth Maul, but was defeated later by Vadar who even when still apprentaced to him displayed skills beyond his.
 
Vader had wicked Force skillz, no way Maul could hold a candle to him.

Vader was "the one" because Maul had been killed.

One on one, Maul would kick his ass. Force use or not.
 
With no force, Maul would rock Vader in a lightsaber fight.
Maul is faster and more dexterous...but, with the force,
Vader could just use lightening or wip rocks and laugh
at him like a school girl on PCP....

How do you know that Gambino? The only thing that anyone has ever seen the Emperor do is lightning bolts. Count Dooku could do the same, but Yoda handled him no problem. Dooku got the hell out of Dodge when he fought Yoda.

i think the emperor was strong with the darkside, a formidable foe...plus the ligthning would fuk u up...
