dark brown fina

Made my first batch of FINA!!!

It was a dark golden color. I put in the oven for 15 minutes and then a second time for about 45 minutes.

Now it is a dark brown.. .. is that good or bad?
Is it OK to use? I already shot my right delt this morning. Its a little sore.

Please advise....

You are only supposed to bake for 15 min 3 times. Baking for 45 min may change the composition of the oil. You may want to ask the guys at gotfina.com for some feedback.

I've had my fina range in color from golden to brownish. It's all good.

Still good but you should not go over 30 min.

how many cc's came out of it? I made my fina friday and got about 35 cc's....mine was golden brown and i never baked it.

even if you bake for 15 minute 3 times it will change to gold brown
