I'd expect your pressure to lower a bit since you've finished the Fina already.
Definitely listen to the other bros who suggested an aspirin a day, that's always helpful.
Here's a bit of information regarding heart murmurs:
What causes a heart murmur?
Heart murmurs may be caused by a number of factors or events, including:
* defective heart valves
* holes in the heart walls
* pregnancy (hopefully this isn't you.... haha)
* fever
* thyrotoxicosis
* anemia
What are the types of murmurs?
Types of murmurs include:
* diastolic murmur - occurs during heart muscle relaxation between beats. (this is rarely serious, but is more common. Don't worry about this, but you might want to stay away from stimulants like Clen, Ephedrine, at least while you're on cycle).
* systolic murmur - occurs during heart muscle contraction and is graded by intensity (on a scale of one to six, with one being very faint and six being extremely loud). Depending on how high your # is, it could be dangerous, but this probably isn't you.
* stenotic heart valve - valve cannot open completely, so blood is ejected through a smaller than normal opening. I am doubting this is your type of murmur, would've been noticed earlier in life, especially during strenous excercise.
* aortic or mitral regurgitation - valve may be unable to close completely, leading to regurgitation of blood back through the valve when it should be closed. Same as above
* innocent heart murmurs - sounds made by blood circulating through the chambers and valves of the heart or through blood vessels near the heart; sometimes referred to as "functional" or "physiologic" murmurs. Innocent murmurs are common in children and usually quite harmless and disappear when a child reaches adulthood, though some adults still have them. This is what I would guess you have, might have just never come up before your BP was raised.
