Had my buddy Ingram put me through a leg workout yesterday and holy shiat!
The ole legs are a hurting, legs are a lot more fun when training with someone else.
Will be taking the elevator up the one floor at work today that is for sure!
For the first time ever I thought I was going to be sick. I know I did get mucho dizzy and had to go for some powerade. I almost fell walking to my locker as my legs quit on me. All of which made him laugh, mean bastard LOL.
It does make a difference. The one day I miss my old training partner is leg day. It really made a big difference as we pushed each other hard and you had the piece of mind of a good spotter.

i have NEVER UNDERSTOOD how guys can train their upper body and totally forget about their legs, for me legs is just as important as chest, i like to be in propotion, making sure the overall picture looks good
id die i have no strength that early..
this guy youre paying is he any good? i know there are a few good trainers around but the majority that i see regardless of their physiques havent a clue
