... im so frustrated, i've been trying roever to get rid of this bastard but noting works!

dont ask me about my diet. lol its legit!
i have almost no fat, except for this lower roll right under my belly button, and now im gettin luv handels! WTF!?!
im only 160lbs!! i've been doing cardio for a long time now too... dont see any change in the 6pac area.


this is depressing.. there are women who have gained 100lbs and shot out 4 kids who have passed me big time! this aint right at all.... i blame it all on my father and his fuckin gay ass genes!

i have looked back on my whole family... EVERY one of my cousins from my moms side are ripped up, or could be if they trained,... and my dads... BAH! when will this curse leave me alone for good?! :evil:
 
cardio minimum of 3 times a week for 20-25 minutes at your target heart rate will help. if you do a marathon cardio workout all the time, you'll look stringy.

im going to start running 3miles 3x a week see if anything changes, plus i need to get an up on my heart rate
when i was in HS and younger i was involved in every sport worked my ass off till i was drenched with sweat, couldnt breath,... still had it then :(
 
how's your weight training by the way?

estrogenic fat = very stubborn fat in specific areas, usually where there is a high amount of estrogenic receptors, there's this Yohimburn ES thing that blocks those receptors...I don't know too much about it, but apparently when applied topically, it removes the fat over the affected area...although whether or not it'll pass customs into Canada :S...fuck, I hate customs
 
Try fasting after your last evening meal for 12-14 hrs ,do morning cardio on an empty stomach,with a proper dier that fat should melt off in no time.
Be sure to get plenty of protein 1 gram for every lb of bodyweight!

protein = very important

my lifts went up while cutting just cuz i bumped my protein to like 1.5 g/lb from ~1 g/lb
but the most important thing about protein is the glucagon stimulation and the thermogenesis of deaminating it

cardio alone won't cut it, how do you define reasonable ;)?
 
i get the required amt of protein intake daily
what im starting to do is have my shake b4 i work out, after my session, i do my cardio, this is usually about 1hr-1.5hrs later for about 20mins

as for the Yohimiburn ES, yea u can get it in canada, theres an affiliate company to the AF store in vancouver, i might be making arrangments with them in the next month hopefully lol
 
post up your training on the training board, and diet on the diet board, chances are that something simple is amiss. i thought i was doomed to be a fat bastard, but after a bit of tweaking, i got down to about 9% bf. of course, im no longer at 9%, because i love to eat, but thats not the point ;)
 
my shake i make with 2% or skin, i find it tough on my stomach if i used water. tho im willing to change that if i have to.
im also out to get more portein this week any reccomendations? im taking IsoFlex right now i find it does its job well, but not well enough


GoldenDelicious, lets put it this way, i eat a near ZERO fat% in my diet. anything cooked is with extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil, occationally canola,
i get my Flax oil, Omega's. i will only eat fats if they're from fish, or things like flax oil.
i can only eat lean and i mean LEAN foods,. i've been like that since young.
my best guess would be to drop the milk and drink that fat free.
im pretty flusterd otherwise. i've just ALWAYS had this issue, just picture a thinner looking guy who looks like he may be cut( i generally am) but with a weird lookin little roll. and havin high hips pisses me off, it makes the illusion work against me

fat is pretty important in your diet...but seems like you're getting the good kind through w3s

yeah, i was afraid that milk would send off insulin and seal your adipose cells shut...but then again...your fat is localized :S...

lactose = water retention apparently, i was told milk was shitty for cutting. i cut out milk, seemed to have done a lot...but i made other changes too
 
i had a nice "V" cut shape, but due to having high hips, it takes that away, and makes me apear as tho i have a type of hourGlass figure,just slightly.






hmmm how much is lipo? lol

dont take this the wrong way, but it sounds like you dont know what youre doing. being lean is more complex tahn merely eating lean.

when i diet, i eat fried foods all the time - its what i do to my total calories, protein, and carbs that makes teh difference

seriously, go to the diet board and have a read, and be prepared to do things that you have, up till now, thought to be anathema to getting lean

When cutting there are so many variables you have to control, its crazy. I have to count my fucking calories and the ratios :S

as soon as i can im ordering the Yohimburn ES the site says it comes as a 4oz pump can doesnt seem like much but from what i read here on EF you dont need much of any at all its 70cdn dollars.

tomorrow im starting my outdoor run, 3miles! i wonder how long that will take me :S
what i might do is run from my house 10mins, then turn around and come back to equal out 20mins

good job... go easy on the running if you are just getting back into it. too many miles or too intense early on can lead to shin pain. start slow and over time increase your mileage and speed.
 
well yesterday i was on the treadmill for about10mins at about 6mph 0-incline
my hips, well in the front above the quads toward the groin were killing me, last night, its better now tho, guess its the muscle having to get back into it and getting back into shape huh?

I know the feeling. I use to have trouble traversing steps.

One word.....Metabolism

You gotta diet and do cardio.

There's no exercise to replace running when it comes to increasing your metabolism.
 
no, i have a high metabolizm, but it doesnt leave from this one area,
i can eat anything i want, and not gain any more fat, it just wont leave from this area thats all
 
Cardio alone won't cover it...unless you're like my buddy who has the genes of a Greek god. One crunch and there's an 8 pack on his 200+ lb body.
 
i just did my 3mile run,... actually was 2.5km lol.... man running is hard!
im weezing, siterally dying here,... fuck in quiting smoking, this sux i feel like im going to die
 
one minute you say you have been doing "cardio for a long time" the next thing you say is you are about to die from running 3 miles, i think the pieces of your roll around your stomach are fitting into place
 
supposed to run1.5miles today, made it half way! lol
still weezing! this sux large!

hopefully thigs will only get better im trying my best

Forget running...its a waste of time. Do resistance exercises (e.g., lifting) at a good pace two times per day for one year. Cut out all whites out of your diet, sugar and flour...and see in a year...
