DAmn---just started new diet 4 weeks into cycle!!!!

Two days ago I talked to a bodybuilder about how I was at a plateau and was stuck a little over 240lbs.. He tells me he doesnt believe in plateau's and that my diet sucks---the thing is i thought it was good (key word thought)--he designed a new diet for me and crap I have gained over 5 lbs in 2 days---I am eating 2-4lbs of red meat a day, tons of all natural peanut butter, 2 bowls of oatmeal, 10 eggs, whole grain breads, cans of tuna--I stay away from dairy foods like milk and creams and crap like that. He tells me i need flax oil so i bought that and i down 3 protein shakes a day with creatine. I guess if i dont gain off this then i never will--currently on 1 gram of test, 50 mg of stanol-v, 20 mg d-bol, 400 mg eq. weight--247lbs---strength has also skyrocketed----I guess I underestimated my protein

I've heard some shit about pro's that made me sick to my stomach about insulin and gh and 3-5g of test a week and shit like that. But, 10g of test a week? That's alot of test. Wonder how many mg's of Arimidex these guys run a day? 3 or 4 mg's?
