i hate that crap, I had to go thinking it would be just 2 days of sitting there not actually being assigned to a case, well i got some stupid lawsuit and had to sit there everyday for 2 weeks.....you better believe i made those cocksuckers pay the guy.

its very easy to get out of..i just went a few weeks ago
first they called my group for a murder case that would take at least 6 weeks and you may be sequestered..they went through all the hardships, vaca illness, kids etc..just stand up and the judge will dismiss you..

the next one was a case for some auto accident and when they were interviewing me i told them i though there were too many frivolous lawsuites in this contry and that they were wasting time because there would eventually need to be another trial just for the settlement..well they didnt like that too much ...dismissed....see you in 6 years ohh and heres 40 bucks for wasting the day lol

I went to it and didn't mind b/c I got out of work and my job still had to pay me... The courthouse was about 10 min from my house and I got up about 2 hours later than I normally would.. LIfe was good and we gave the biatch nothing b/c she was full of shit!!!

Oh yeah that kinda shit happens all the time. As soon as the jury enters the room the defense and trial laywers start automatically crossing people out before they talk.

When I went to court for my DUI trial, the DA started getting really fuckin nervous when the jury walked in and it was all relatively young people (like 35 and under) and then when we started interviewing at least 3 or 4 them had DUI's themselves....he agreed to a plea deal shortly later though it cost me alot.

I got out of it when I was 18 because my car was messed up, but after hearing about sending people to jail for life and deporting Canadians I feel like I missed out.

As soon as I mentioned I was a substance abuse counselor in Jail I was off to the other room like a prom dress. So now I have to call in for the rest of the week...and next to see if I have to go back
