is there no muscle there or are we gonna have to go over the spot reduction myth again?
the adductor and abductor machines are probably the most overused machine in a gym by women, and they all have pipe dreams of having slimmer thighs by "turning the fat into muscle" or "working on 'this' area".
I do all of them, the adductor, squats, lunges, and leg press. But you have to do really heavy weight on the adductor machine to feel it good. After all of these, you should be in good shape.
