Damn am I fat!!!

Just ate the new burger king quad stack (4 patties, cheese, bacon) onion rings and a dr pepper and it didn't even dent my hunger.

BTW- I'm up to about 305-310 right now. Only 20 more lbs to gain.

Well for $5 it was pretty damn awesome.

DT- I have still never had in and out burgers, but as soon as I get the chance I snake one of those.

Lestat- No I'm not trying to gain fat, I'm leaner than I was at 295. I want to add about 20 more pounds of muscle for my strongman comps though. Been trying to eat fairly well but sometimes that smell wafting out of the BK just gets me.

if your trying to gain mostly muscle then why all the dirty foods, wont that cause more percentage of it to be stored as fat

Simple I can't eat enough clean food per day to make up the calorie intake I need. I also don't really like protein shakes/weight gainers very well. And it's not like that's all I eat dinner last night was fruit, broccoli, and chicken breasts. I just need to eat a fatty burger and some ice cream from time to time.

My current "maintenance" diet is 5-6000 Cals per day, so to gain weight I'm up around 8,000 or so.

PB is damn good.

Biteme- read rest of post I don't eat like that all the time. Plus with bp of 100/65 total cholesterol of under 100 and resting heart rate of 60bpm I don't think I have to worry about it. And all that's without doing cardio.

Actually not the cheapest. Why the hate? Maybe you had a bad experience, or maybe you've never had a burger there 'animal style'. :chomp:

The only place where you can watch them prep food while in the drive thru. They hand leaf their lettuce in each location, don't freeze their beef, and cut their own fries. Watching girls on the potato cutter is like watching the girls at Hot-dog-on-a-stick make lemonade, kinda jiggly in a dirty sort of way.

i dunno i just never really liked their food all that much. I would always have to wait like 20 minutes b/c there was always a fuck load of people there. Their fries are good and they way they make them is cool. Sometimes there will be some hot highschool girls workin there as well

8 THOUSAND CALORIES PER DAY?!?!?

Holy flurging shnit! Back in the day I could barely choke down 3 thousand.

Even if I ate all the icecream and gummies I could choke down I still couldn't consume that.

Good Lord you must be dead sexy. I LOVE big dudes.... funny thing as I am so small. LOL
 
I use to eat like that because I have a crazy metabolism. Don't trick yourself into thinking your body needs those complete shit calories. Your body will put on more muscle by eating clean and eating less calories than eating tons of shit. I have NEVER been over 254 and I was eating a ton of shit, as soon as I stopped I lost ten pounds within a week. It's not quality weight and it's unhealthy as shit. I feel horrible when I eat stuff like that.
 
True, true... when I eat cleaner, stay away from alcohol and shit food I feel better overall. I am supposed to eat like that all the time because of my GI issues so I generally opt to eat cleaner anyway.

I cant imagine having to eat THAT much.
