Dammit how do I fix this!!

Was helping my bro cut some wood out in the backyard yesterday for about 5 hours while wearing a football Jersey.

I look in the mirror this AM and notice I am red from my elbow to my wrists. It was hot but I didn't think it was that hot. OOPS!!!

If I wear anything other then a long sleeved shirt I will look like a total idiot!!!

not sure you can 'fix' it.. maybe a spray on tan would help to blend it.

I have the same issue this year with a tan line from where my socks came up to my ankles.
Being outdoors a lot lately with shoes on, and the rest of me getting very tan,
yet my ankles/feet being much lighter.. Looks stupid when I do go barefoot.

1. cut off the sleeves from a long sleeve shirt

2. cover the area of your body with the long sleeve shirt that is red

3. go to the tanning bed so that your arms are covered and the rest of you gets tanned
