There's a lot of mystic background around jades
Some will feel cold to your touch and some will feel warm, despite the fact that they've both been exposed to room temperature for hours. I think you want the one that feels warm? My friend had a white jade necklace, it's half black: the longer he wears it, the whiter it becomes...weird stuff. Supposedly it protects you and merges with your life energy signature or something, you never want to take a dead persons jade...Don't know too much about it.

you know i have heard alot of different things about Jade jewelry- some have said better to have the cold stuff because it is more real and not mixed and then i have heard from another culture that its better to have the warm. not sure which is true i just know i love the green jade and would love to have more; my bracelet is the item i have had the longest 4 years i believe I have never taken it off except when i went to jail for two days - it is extremly hard to get off and gives me a horrible set of bruises in the process. This last summer i got the ring and necklace and i never take them off except the ring to bench. I dont know why anyone would want to take a dead persons thats just wrong. :rose:
