Just like Nautica stated above Liquidex, This will prevent that bloating.As for tha Acne I'm lucky enough to never raelly get any, but hey all I can say is that's the price you have to pay for the body you want.

What works for me is 4 grams of vitamin b-5 (pantothenic acid) per day.

Idunno what your definition of "serious" is. Its a small amount of small blemishes and every now and then one or two good size ones would appear.

What also helps me is washing my pillow cases two nights a week.
